If we ignore the budget, how are you going to create a central platform to compete with central platforms that have thousands of resources? Wouldn't it be better if you create a decentralized platform that contains API of verified account so that users can transfer their currencies without the need for identity verification or other details (Like changally)?

In general, developing such a platform requires a working team, which is something that cannot be done using online job.

Your sound good but I am after the security aspect of the white label exchange and like you said exchange is among the main target of hackers. However, nothing guarantees you can handle the job very and if I'm the one in the position of the OP I will rather require Open ledger service which is well known for the creation of dex white label.
