I have been waiting 4 days for my VPS to be set up. At this point I would prefer that you cancel the order and refund the BTC. I have received no response from email or PM.

Please note that you did not contact the support team at https://btclot.com/support/

I've responded to you via PM today because it was when you contacted me. To ensure support quality please use the ticket system instead of posting and PMing here/emailing.

To avoid misunderstandings and provide the fastest support I've setup a support system to all BTCLot customers. Please avoid contacting me via PM or email and use the ticket system instead.

Regards,

little bug in your page...

I was dropping by to see your linux line VPS offerings.
However when clicking on those, I get to this site where it asks me to login:
https://btclot.com/web/cp.php?op=vps&type=linux

however, I guess this is a little bug in the page, please fix it(I'll decide whether to register AFTER I have seen your product offerings :-)

Besides that, your ToS states no IRC - how do you handle bitcoin and other *coin clients?(as those bootstrap using IRC)
Also, would you allow TOR related services(non-exit nodes)?

Well it is not a bug  Cheesy However this will be "fixed" in the next update.

About the anti-IRC policy is due to constant abuse, example: bouncer, bots, botnets, and few others. I support cryptocurrency but I do not support criminals.

Yes I would as long it respects USA laws and the ToS

----

UPDATE: mb300sd VPS has been setup, there was a delay due to stock issues and other issues. Please note that the subscription only starts when the VPS is setup and delivered so the client did not lose subscription period. Once again I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you. You may want to link that support information on your site somewhere easy to find though.

You can now see the prices without login and there is also a link to the support system.

How do you deal with being used as a Tor Exit Node?

Whats going on? The first few days, my VPS was blazing fast. Now its slow as molasses. Even loading the VEportal page is barely loading. I was gonna claim my 10%, but Id rather see this fixed.

I believe you've used their support system prior to writing to this forums?
I'm interested in leasing a VPS at BTCLot, it's good to know if the support is available in reasonable time.

Normally BTCLot support is very fast and efficient.
I can only give positive feedback, and I use their services for some time...

I couldnt get on it. It seems to work fine again now, but its been going on and off for a while.

That said, I did open a  ticket later and got a prompt response that they are already looking in to it.

Ive only signed up a few days ago, so far its too early for me to judge. FWIW, so far support has been helpful and fairly fast, but I prefer not needing support, so I hope this wont happen too often Smiley.

And its down again.

Can some other BTClot users (if any?) comment on whether this is just bad luck, a once in a blue moon thing, or if I need to look elsewhere to get acceptable uptimes ?

Looks like I signed up at a bad moment; the problems described above have been solved, and the VPS has been stable and very fast since.  Support is quick to respond.

Its too early to draw broad conclusions, but since there are so few testimonies in this thread, I thought Id let you know;  if this keeps up, Ill be a happy customer.
