Binance is a public exchange and you can't get any discount on large deals. And the fee is too much. KYC does matter but I passed it in some ways (Binance is not supporting my country). I'm a little bit concerned about possible problems with bank transfer. I have a customer and the amount is way too Large. I don't want any problems or blocking stuff.
You did not tell us from which country you are or that there are any limits.
Probably you can't get any discount on large deals not on any service. crypto price is the same on all of it. Also, large deals for you maybe haven't large for someone other.
Check BestChange.com service (from my signature), there you will find a list of many exchangers. Maybe that's where you can look at exchangers who will want to make a special deal with you
