What do you mean 'official info'? If you are not happy with my answer to your question stating that they do work on all products including 3rd party sellers, then you may wish to do your own research.

Does Bitmit allow you to skip escrow once you're ID verified?

I can't see ever using escrow for a digital transaction (like Amazon GC), because the buyer could always claim the code didn't work etc..
