I got someone that need money.

Someone else want to send money there.

The easiest way is to do crypto.

The friend wants to be axie infinity player, which seems to be a pretty good job in Afganistan.

The thing is

He needs

1. A crypto exchange that is non KYC. He doesn't have passport
2. That crypto exchange must have android wallet
3. Another crypto exchange local to Afganistan. Some ways to convert his crypto into cash

Anyone knows that?

I see a thriving Axie player game in poor countries like Afganistan.

Also what's a good and cheap enough phone that you can buy in Afganistan to play axie infinity

TradeOgre lists pretty much everything and doesn't do KYC, and has an Android app called OgrAPI (but it is a custodial service which means not only don't you get private keys, you don't even get a wallet, just a deposit address and balance).

You can then find someone on the currency exchange board to exchange your tradeogre bitcoin for bank money.

Also you can get a Galaxy S7 or S6 for cheap nowadays.

So what's the deal with 3rd world country people not having passports or ID cards though? I'm genuinely curious.

There was this website called kycnot.me that listed non-KYC exchanges, some of them even accept Tor.  Has your friend tried hodlhodl?  It is a website peer to peer exchange and can check all the three points you were looking for.  An alternative is Bisq, also a peer to peer exchange I personally prefer to hodlhodl, but unfortunately they do not have a mobile application yet.

Is that a thing in 3rd world countries?  I was thinking it is just that some KYC services do not recognize local IDs for a number of countries and ask for passports instead.  That may be even more valid for countries in which it is easy to produce or obtain counterfeit documents.

While I have not used it anywhere, most exchanges claim to support national ID cards such as mine (unless the exchange specifically does not support my country of residence).

Axie Infinity has it's own native sidechain called Ronin[1]. To prevent him from paying any fees(bridging fees, etc. ETH transactions are sky high right now) at all and without the needing to submit AML/KYC, try looking for someone in social media groups in your country/area(Facebook groups, etc) that could sell him some WETH/USDC so he can buy some Axies. Watch out for scammers, of course.

I think it's easier if you're the one that manages his axies and your friend just play through qr codes that you'll send to him. And upon cashouts, it's better to send him cash through remittance.

I don't know how hard the situation is there in Afghanistan but I think it would be an ease for your friend and a big help if you're the one that will play as the manager.

As for the specs of a phone that's good to play the game, likely having a 4 gb ram is a good standard.

Not sure about this, the country I reside is also a 3rd world country but have kind of any ID that exchanges required such drivers licensed, passport, though national ID is not that fully used here as its only new introduced.

There are many cheap new phones today already, e.g. xiaomi (flashing new rom is recommended tho) redmi series are good esp.the latest one.

You need to have non custodial wallet to store your Bitcoin. You can use DEX or CEX to buy, trade and use crypto. If you are restricted on CEX, you can use decentralized exchange like Bisq: https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/bisq/

If exchanges require KYC, you should finish KYC then you can start deposit your money and trade. If you take risk, deposit first before KYC successfully, you are taking risk because if you fail finally with KYC, you can not withdraw your money.

I believe that people in this country can use Bitcoin as well as people in other countries. Is not it?

I know that foreign currencies are now banned in Afghanistan, but I don't think that Bitcoin is considered part of them since it's not issued by a central bank. On the other hand, it may be just "bad wording" there since the goal is that Afghan people use only their local currency.

TradeOgre

Now, with the ban, there might very well be that one may not be able to send or receive fiat from any known/international exchange...
And it looks like TradeOgre works with USDT and xUSD, hence stable coins, not fiat. Getting that fiat in Afghanistan is the real challenge...

1. A crypto exchange that is non KYC. He doesn't have passport
All Centralized exchange must need kyc for Withdrawal any amount of fiat and P2P trading. it is not possible to Use p2p trading without KYC Verification. and if you not used p2p you will not able to sell your crypto with fiat money. so you can exchange and without only crypto in FTX, Kucoin and some others exchange. But not a big amount.

2. That crypto exchange must have android wallet
Now almost all exchange has launched there Mobile & Desktop Apps.

I also have friends there and they are using bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies with some problems because as she said to me they are usually unable to pass KYC and send any legal document due to the situation of their country, in her case I suggested she to use wallets such as trust and safepal and try using the swap option on these wallets or just use uniwap and similar exchanges because this can be the safe way for them to exchange any crypto they want, but they want to find an exchange that doesn't ask for kyc they can use tradeogre exchange without of any kyc problem.

You'll be hard pressed to find any exchange operating without Know Your Customer (KYC) since KYC is required in most countries, this is usually because they are trying to reduce fraud, and various other illegal activities. However, it's your right to choose other services that don't require KYC, the only option you have is peer to peer transactions,  so you can either post a thread in the Currency Exchange section on this forum, or use an exchange which doesn't actually trade Bitcoin themselves, but allows users to trade on there.

Also, don't use the exchange wallet for long term storage, and all exchanges should be compatible with whatever Android wallet you use, since it doesn't really matter too much on the software, just how it generates the Bitcoin address. So, a Bitcoin address is a Bitcoin address regardless the software.

Also what's a good and cheap enough phone that you can buy in Afganistan to play axie infinity
Chinese phones will always be the best bang for your buck, though they often have fake specifications or potentially have been compromised. So, it's best to check the item physically, for example there's a load on the market which claim to have dual speakers, when in fact they have one speaker, but two openings that give the illusion there are two speakers. Also, about it being potentially compromised, all phones could potentially be compromised, and that's why I always recommend flashing a custom ROM, either one that is natively supported or using a Generic System Image (GSI). The hardware could still be compromised so that's something you'd have to decide on.

Bitcoin should work on all of them though, it just depends on what brands you trust just in case they're compromised, and either give away your privacy or potentially compromise your Bitcoin wallet.

it's very difficult. your friend's situation and the situation there is very difficult to be able to use crypto. Especially for now they have controlled all parts of Afghanistan. I suggest if it is really necessary to use crypto, try not to be there. go away. Find a safe and free place.

2. That crypto exchange must have android wallet
3. Another crypto exchange local to Afganistan. Some ways to convert his crypto into cash
I often read news about crypto users, especially Bitcoin in Afghanistan, indeed lately since the Taliban came to power in Afghanistan, people there use crypto more as an alternative to store their assets, it's safer they say.

Back on topic, try telling your friends about: How to buy bitcoin in Afghanistan in 3 easy steps, i think it will help your friend in afghanistan if he is there at the moment, in using crypto exchanges there.

Afghanistan is pretty much a locked country right now. It'll be hard to find exchanges that cater to the said country, or find some P2P exchanger willing to buy or sell crypto for him. At best, you can do the buying and selling for him and just let him pay you through Paypal or other such payment processors that he has on his end that are still accepting transactions from Afghanistan.

As for phones, any Chinese phone will do. Axie Infinity is not a graphically-demanding, or CPU intensive game. You just need to have a stable internet connection though, to ensure that you'll stay in the game when you need to.

I believe that people in this country can use Bitcoin as well as people in other countries. Is not it?
Of course, but OP is asking for a way to convert bitcoin to fiat without KYC requirement.

I don't understand why OP's friends don't like to comply with the KYC requirement, it's very basic that once you convert you crypto asset to fiat, you need to do it in an exchange regulated by the government which means you are required to comply with the KYC.

If he is really interested he will find a way, I think passport is not the only document allowed to verify KYC as in our local exchanges, driver's license and national ID is allowed.

There's a lot of way to be honest if you will try to make research and you will invest time for it.. If you have problems with KYC no problem because indeed there's a lot of exchanges  that don't ask for private information or swap sites as well where you can trade your token in easiest way.. And wallet for android? Well you know crypto is very popular nowadays wherein all over the world so perhaps its impossible that Afghanistan dont have any digital wallet for crypto until now.. Just make research to find ways mate, i mean don't wait for recommendation if you're really interested in such things.

In some ways, this is a perfect way of testing for the usefulness of a bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.  in other words CNBC worked with some Afghans who use crypto so that in that way they can easily get into it, how it helps them, and without barriers to further adoption.
