Problem error code PSU T3+

Hello,

I just bought a refurbished innosilicon t3 + supposedly.

As I could read it here I am not the only one in this case where it is far from being refurbished.

Short. The miner starts I have access to the dashboard but it does not mine.

Innomonitor reports ERROR 35 to me.
This mentions a power supply problem. OK .

But I also have the code:
ERROR PSU code: 16. I can't find this anywhere ...
I have already replaced the firmware but nothing helps

Has anyone encountered the problem before?
