Race to $1000, which one would hit first? SOL or BNB?

well, a few months ago, SOL saw a huge price increase. that is a very good thing. however, when compared to BNB, I think, the ranking of SOL is still quite far from BNB. if a massive pump happens, I think that BNB is the first coin to hit $1k before SOL. even when viewed in terms of function, volume, and popularity, BNB far exceeds SOL. So, I think people will tend to prefer BNB in this price issue.
even in cointelegraph predictions, current BNB could reach a price of $600 or be in that range, while SOL will only rise to a range of $200 if a positive pump occurs.

the current situation is indeed not good and all are affected by a large correction from bitcoin so all altcoins are also affected and cannot avoid this reality.
it's true it would be hard to see that there will be a $1K increase in the near future and it might take a long time, but it's clear that BNB will always be ahead of the rest because binance is used a lot, but the effect when prices are high it will feel like erc20 with ethereum.

The question is not "when will bnb reach 1k" or "when will sol reach 1k", it is about which one will be first. I am guessing that people realized already that we are not going to reach to that 1k level from either of them and it will take a while for them to reach that but if we are considering which one, then it is going to be a mute point.

I am hoping that they will recover, the whole market would recover and then we would finally see 1k dollar from both of them. I honestly do believe that BNB will be first to reach that but I believe that SOL will reach that as well, so I hope to see that we could get a hype back and it would be awesome.

I think that both coins are going to get to that level at one point in the future, however it should be very obvious that BNB has all the advantages to get there first, I have my doubts SOL is going to be able to reach that level during this bull run and the people that support the coin will have to wait until the next one to get their dreams becoming true, however BNB only needs for a 100% price increase for that to happen, so as long as bitcoin reached something close to a price of 100k then BNB could reach 1k without a problem.

Solana deserves to be called the best coin of 2021, not yet a year but it can compete with the top coins and is already ranked 5th, and there is no doubt that Solana's price will continue to increase so that it will soon reach $1000, but looking at the price position, BNB has the opportunity to reach $1000 faster.

I voted for BNB and the sole reason for this is its backed by Binance exchange. As long as Binance exchange is stadning firmly BNB will be rocking. Although I don't think BNB belongs to class of decentralized tokens since its blockchain is centralized and is manipulated time to time. SOL may hit the 1000 mark but not very soon.

Solona will hit first. Solana Mainnet is still in beta. Even in beta as a fabulous performance. I have no doubt that sol will be the 3th coin in MC ranking in medium term. And in long term.... 1000$ is not big goal for solona to achieve.

In order for solana to reach 1k it will have to get about5-6x of its current value which with its current marketcap I will say its near impossible for that to happen anytime soon but for BNB at current price I think 70% move can get it around 1k So basically it might be possible but dont forget they both have gigantic marketcap and it will take serious cash movement in order to reach high ladder like that one

Despite prices being considerably different, I think the SOLBNB chart would be the best way to assess which coin will perform better in the near future, and therefore reach $1K:



At the moment, SOL appears to holding the 21 Week MA against BNB (as is the case with ETH), but if that fails, it can easily lose half it's value against Binance Coin while remaining in a long-term uptrend. I'm more of a fan of Solana than Binance in general, for numerous reasons, but I'll avoid letting this cloud my judgement based on their price comparisons, and how much SOL has already risen in value.

Back in 2010 for example SOL dropped 90% against BNB, so I don't doubt the same thing can occur here, even if less likely this year than last. BNB has also consolidated recent price gains for 7 months, in comparison to Solana's 3 months, so the former is in a better position to increase further than the latter imo. Ultimately, only time will tell, and it's possible that neither reach this target!

BNB is already steps ahead of SOL, in terms of usage, services, projects. And just checking the current rates, BNB can easily go up to 1k, whereas, with SOL, it has a lot of things to accomplish before you attain this $1k level. Also, we need to see more projects deployed under SOL network because right now, the go-to network of some devs who are avoiding ETH is BSC network. But SOL is a promising network also, but in terms of achievement, BNB has a lot to offer compared to SOL right now.

BSC has emerged as a dominant player in the defi ecosystem before Sol (affer ETH) joined it by continuously mobilizing larger sources of funding to grow the ecosystem.  BSC mainly relies on the influence of BNB / Binance, but in my opinion the game to 1k $ is not feasible when BSC or Sol has accepted the trade-off of security, reducing block confirmations to increase speed... Even, the problem  The problem is not unusual for Sol or BSC's recent congestion problems in the past, without completing these, Layer 2s like Avax or Polygon will rise one after the other.

BNB is already at more than half of that threshold so it is clear that BNB has a much higher chance to hit that goal. Even though SOL may experience exponential growth, I simply don't think that it is going to 10x in the next 4 years per se.

There is a lot of hype in the SOL ecosystem already and that reflects in the valuation.

These two coins are very bullish now, especially for SOL which started at over $1 this year and now trading at $222 already.

BNB is also a good coin, it's been tested through time already, so we cannot underestimate its success this year.

If we calculate the current price position, it is certainly easier to reach 1000000, if the market is like october or november then i believe the price of BNB has already passed $1000, while Solana looks to continue to decline, so it will take even longer to reach $1000 if the market skyrockets it is possible the maximum achievable price is $500.

BNB and Sol are two coins which are basically very different so to compare the two also requires a number of very complete analyzes because between BNB and Sol both have their respective advantages and almost no deficiencies in both.

For what I know about SOL I think it is a good project however as yourself I think there is too much hype around it at the moment, and when we compare it to a coin like BNB which has one of the most powerful exchanges behind it then it should be obvious that BNB will be the first one to reach 1k, and if to that we add that is has a smaller supply and it is closer to the goal then it is clear it will be the winner between SOL and BNB.

Voted for BNB, and in this poll (95.9%) people voted for BNB. There is a good hype about SOLANA. So why it's pumped hard. But technically and fundamentally BNB is my pick. BNB will hit $1000 first, As a BNB holder, I strongly believe BNB will hit $1000 within 2022. There is a huge demand for BNB coins and the demand still increasing. CZ doing good marketing and Binance launchpad is also one of the big reasons for the demand. Also, CZ regularly burns a lot of BNB, and it's also making demand for the BNB. BSC chain is also another big reason for demand.

However, there is no doubt that Solana is a big project and the future is also bright. But If you compare it with BNB, I would say BNB hit $1k first. I am also holding a few SOL, Now let see which one hit $1k first.
