Hello!

We haven't used the account for a few years. And now, unfortunately, we lost access to our account and thread on bitcointalk. [https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2353775.0]
We wrote the mail to restore access, but were notified that our account was banned. Perhaps the account was hacked or something like that, as it has been inactive for a while. We will really appreciate if we can resume activity on bitcointalk. Could you please tell us if we can make it?

I dont know why you got banned or what was the reason for , but thats what i have found !

Thats the only way to restore or recover your Account from the Recovery team.

That huge ban wave was mainly because of plagiarism. If that's the case, an unban isn't likely.

I checked only the last couple of pages in your post history, and you double posted the same post several times, including posting in English on several local boards. That's not allowed.

I don't know how then you think it is possible to get the account back, not only the account is banned (probably due to plagiarism), but someone else had access to that same account and technically still has the right to it. It is a mess that has very little chance of being resolved in your favor, although you can always hope for a miracle.

Your best hope is to ask moderators to lock the old thread (or just let it fall into irrelevance) and start a new one with a new account. Since you're claiming to be a different person then the ban doesn't apply to you.

Trying to recover an account that supposedly belonged to someone else is not going to work and you don't want to be associated with a banned account anyway.

While you're at it, read the rules pinned at the top of this board.

In the message that we received in the mail we were told to make a post here about the ban appeal. We want to clarify if we can use this account for posts not the previous one as we don't have access to it, and, as I understood, it is inactive anyway because of the ban.

completely agree with suchmoon. if you are worried about the features the old account can access, you can just buy a copper membership.

Who is "we" in this? Bitcointalk accounts are (usually) personal, if you for instance paid a manager for posting, that manager is the owner of the account. If you never had access, it's unlikely you'll get it now.

If you(r account) got banned in the past, you'll be banned again if you evade your ban with another account (except for your ban appeal thread). But if you (as a person) aren't the one who got banned, then I'd say the ban isn't yours so you're not evading it if you post with another account.
Ultimately, it will depend on which story to the Mods believe.

As far as I know, it is forbidden to create a thread about the company, if the creator of previous one was banned.

It is not about threads or companies, it's about the person who was banned. This is why I suggested that you read the rules. And you would have also learned that making two posts in a row is not allowed. Seriously, read the rules, can't be that hard.

It's not a personal account but a company account. Considering you said a manager had access of it and now you want to take the access. I am not sure if we do this way. We all have our own accounts, not an account that is used by more than one person.

Yes, but I think it's better to wait any comments from a moderator so it won't be any no unforeseen situations. Only one person had access to old account, so it is unrealistic to log into the account.
