Three of the four coins you mentioned have performed well in the last year as well as this year, so in general they are good, but as for the other one I personally haven't fully explored it so I can't give a good or bad rating.

Now there is a big hype around metaverse. It pushes me away from buying metaverse tokens. People under the hype are buying everything in a row and this unreasonably raises the price of this tokens. Therefore, it is difficult to understand the true value of these  metaverse tokens and to understand which of these projects will not become unnecessary tomorrow. Need to wait until the situation with metaverse normalizes. Now it is a big risk to be left with a handful of unnecessary tokens. Those metaverse tokens that survive after the fall of the market and can be considered good.

Could you imagine that you will buy some places online and sell them?  . Everybody is talking about Metaverse project these days. Just VR headset and an ios application makes you think that this metaverse project stands out from the crowd? But, a lot of metaverse projects can also do that. Metaverse is actually for the virtual reality and it's normal that they have a support for VR equipment and that won't be enough if they only support ios but what about android, windows, and other platforms?

Much better if they can widen their support so that more players can get involved with them. What is the update all about and why did the price fail after it? Maybe the players didn't like the new update, you know not all updates are about fixes or improvements but it can also affect the past performance of the game.

Ah guys we've come a long way from Axies Infinity in terms of unlocking the metaverse potential, and P2E type games/gaming. I've been holding Monstrocities Monster NFT's for the longest of time, and the sandbox game they got coming out looks pretty sleek (Minecraft type of graphics). Other one I started following recently was ENGN token, they are releasing a shooter game that runs on Unreal Engine (already a big plus!)

Exciting times ahead, bear market or not - development wont stop!

Metaverse trend gives us a lot of return on investment Mana and metraverse projects over the sand and it also provides a lot of benefits in very short timeframe and is also expected to be the same as from other metroverse tokens like ENJ , TLM , BLOCK ,AXS ETC.

Metaverse is a term being tossed around a lot lately and it's easier than most people think to launch your own metaverse...  This is going to lead to a lot of people investing in promising projects that turn out to be rug pulls.  That leads me to advise people to be extremely careful investing into new spaces like this.  There are only 3 metaverse projects I hold funds in, and it's because they are the most established with the best partners or largest player base.  Those three projects (should be no surprise to anyone) are, The Sandbox (Sand), Axie Infinity (AXS) & Decentraland (MANA).  Decentraland I think is probably the leader at the moment as is reflected in the market cap of MANA, and Axie Infinity has the most users.  The Sandbox seems to have the most promise in my opinion though.  They're targeting well known brands and games for kids, who lets be honest, are probably going to be the ones spending the most time in the metaverse.  You can also stake mSAND for over 30% interest currently, so it's the most rewarding coin to hold without taking insane risks on third party sites.

That's some sound information right here. That term IS being tossed around like mad - obviously there are forces who are just shamelessly trying to capitalize on the moment of spotlight. Besides SAND AXS and MANA any smaller developments that are worthy of being kept eyes on? I've heard about The Monstrocities, and couple others but these are no interest to me.

It is hard to determine those new projects that's related to metaverse while they are still at the development stage. But you can find it out on your own and see all of the details that they have.
The better part of it is that you'll get to see the deeper information of those metaverse projects that are starting out. That will also make you determine if they're legitimate because you'll digging the most important part of those new projects. The proliferation of scam lately is too common because they're relating it to new projects and metaverse.
