I created this topic specifically, based on my conversation with @Hhampuz (manager) Bounty SantaCoin.io on Alt account involvement in Bounty SantaCoin, such as the title of the topic in particular.

In other words, are you doing the job that the manager was supposed to do before those users should even get a chance to cheat? With maybe 1 or 2 exceptions, everyone who promotes this project through signatures are classic shitspamers, and as I see it they have a bunch of alt accounts.

Maybe you could start a new service, checking all potential participants in signature/bounty campaigns looking for alt accounts?

I made a mistake I thought that multiple accounts mean working with multiple Bitcointalk accounts using one Telegram or Twitter account or other social accounts.
Yes, it's my mistake to understand multiple accounts. Now I understand what is multiple accounts. Sir, it hasn't been long since I opened the 2nd account (euz4692). I created it this month (November 04, 2021).

I promise I will never do that again and also if there is an option to delete or disable my 2nd account (euz4692) I will do it. I started work on the bounty at the start of this year and worked at only the bounty campaign. That's why so much has not been learned yet. I really understand my mistake again I promise I will never do that again.Please forgive and please remove the negative feedback.

During the covid-19 I lose my job and Since then I run my family by doing bounty. In this case, my account doesn't eligible for the bounty campaign. I am in a very bad situation now. I hope you will understand my situation and forgive me for my mistake.

Why should you be trusted yet you are a cheat?

The rules of the bounty were clear about multi-accounting and cheating but you did care and decided to enroll your alt accounts which is unfair and dishonest behavior to the company paying you and the other participants.

Everyone goes through bad times in life and when you have a challenging problem, it shouldn't mean you should take advantages of others.

How many of your accounts were caught by DT and tagged with negative tags? Think, and the rest awaits the same fate.

YOSHIE, I'm very flattered by the way you've removed the bounty cheats so far. There are dozens of account that you caught in just one bounty and you've spent a lot of time doing. The account deserves to be tagged but I don't think it will expire as newbie cheating will be so hard to stop.

The way YOSHIE remove bounty cheat reminds me of detective. The perpetrators of the bounty cheat are quite slippery in carrying out their actions, but not separated from YOSHIE monitoring.
YOSHIE investigation took a long time to uncover the bounty farm account, he had to collect evidence from linked farm accounts. Furthermore, YOSHIE revealed one by one the agricultural accounts here and explained the evidence found. Yes, it takes a very long time.

This is a forum with free registration, they can register dozens of other account if there is no solution the manager consider to prevent cheating. If I could advise a manager, I would probably advise him to never again accept newbie in every campaign he manage. That would be much better than giving him multiple opportunities to cheat the campaign.

The bounty manager has full authority on any rules made. Negative feedback is not 100% able to eradicate bounty cheats, because they very easily create hundreds of new accounts.
The ban on newbie in every campaign can reduce the cheat bounty population, because they already have no chance to cheat the campaign.

I know how it works now although I previously wondered how people did it even when the evidence was removed from the user's post history. Loyce and Tryninja's tools work well for uncovering fraud with evidence validity. High credit to them.

Why not, I think you are both citizens of the same country. So give him a call and ask for a little time to relax with a cup of coffee.

This is the most important point why hundreds of accounts with negative tags ^{[proven guilty with valid reasons]} can still join and be accepted by managers in the campaign. The negative tag didn't completely stop them from getting the chance to promote the campaign even though at the same time the managers had broken their own rules. I know it's the manager's decision, but at the same time they also don't believe in the tag that DT puts on these many scammers.

Ban newbie from a campaign is never really good for forum sustainability because I know forum still need newbie. But managers could improve the rules where limiting to a limit of 100 - 200 newbie might be much better. It would be great if they denied all users with valid negative tags to join the campaign as well.
