I have not seen any reply from op since, I think they have conceded to the claim that the withdrawal of the person that claims he deposited withdrew such amount of money is false. I will like op to reply to such claims of withdrawal and deposit on his gambling platform. Even though it's true, it's very hard to jump into new gambling platform and gamble except their is high advertisement.

I mean why would you use a site that has just popped up and has reused the layout for their site that is equivalent to other scam sites?

This looks like a disaster waiting to happen, a scam at worst and a website that will get wiped out of existence when they grow big enough to see the attention of the real bet365. The OP needs to be banned quite frankly and any mention of this site prevented from being linked from the forum in future, however it is unlikely the staff will do that. The only reason people use domains like this is to steal the honest reputation of the original casino and pretend they are somehow connected or offering a cryptocurrency version of the big brand name. Nobody is going to have a good long term experience with this site, you can absolutely guarantee it - you should be ashamed of yourself.

This is the problem of being a newbie you don't know what to do as a precaution to prevent to get scammed by someone. Newbies always learn their lessons the hard way if without a proper guidance, be it an investment or gambling. Nowadays, we should be cautious to everything if there is a money involved. You can't just trust something or someone if they just recommend this to you or you've seen it somewhere that shows a very alluring great reward. I made account here because one of telegram channel offer them , of course I asked owner or its safe , he promise me that yes , explain me about vip accounts and ect ...

and yes first I deposit 200 euros lose , after deposit 400 eu reach up till 1338 euros , after try to withdraw 500eu and they close access to account not answer to emails so total nothing from them side ...

You have made a nice profit. Maybe we can wait for a response from someone on the forum here who represents the site? It is nevertheless a considerable amount that you have in your account at the moment. Hopefully it will be resolved soon. Not really a nice way to be in Christmas if your funds is frozen there.
