I think ETH will be difficult to grow bigger, the number of big projects switching to other networks will make ETH usage even lower and I have shifted more than 80% of my ETH to MATIC and TRON. and a little for Solana.

First, according to your subject, I believe it's not out of place if you hold your bitcoin and Ethereum and still buy some Solana, remember that solana is not the only coin that's done well in that time period, so I personally believe it's better to diversify your investment instead of selling one for another, what if the one you sold turns around to perform better than the one you bought with the money made from selling the other? So this is why it's advised to not put all your eggs in one basket, always learn to distribute your investment, be it a long or short term investment, distribute it.

Although that I am holding some Ethereum because I bought it at cheap price below $200 last year, I’m beginning to start being more bullish on Solana. I wish I could have bought more SOL. Transactions are super cheap and fast as well, especially in minting these NFTs.

I missed both Star Atlas and SolChicks in their private and public sale last time. But I am planning to buy their NFTs later on. I’m also exploring Cat Punks and virtual real estate projects under the Solana blockchain. I’ve also participated in the airdrop event of MeanFi DEX under Solana too in which they have an ongoing IDO. Things are looking great for Solana to be honest.

But I won’t sell my ETH for SOL. I’ll just use some of my USDT and mid-term coins to buy SOL instead.

There is already a lot of alternative with Ethereum right now, one of the most popular is Solana as it is a layer 1 protocol and very unique as it is different from other EVM compatible.

I am also a supporter of Solana since starting of 2021 as I am using most of the platforms under Solana especially their DeFi platforms, yield farming, staking, and NFT platforms. Ethereum for me is for whales only as transaction fees are quite expensive but this does not mean I don't support Ethereum anymore, this is just a temporary problem of Ethereum for me.

Solana is also having solid product like its blockchain which has been using by so many developers and communities to develop various dapps that already launched through solanium. Remember solana potentially to surpass binance but it will not happen in a short time. that's why solana must become a long term bet for you. Im still holding all of my solana and i never sell even a few solana since i have been buying this token since last year. This coin has a very strong fundamental and moving your money from ethereum and bitcoin to buy solana may become the best decision. So far the ecosystem of solana is growing rapidly. I see that more and more people are joining in this ecosystem.

It all depends on the odds and games in the market. Solana's current movement in my opinion has a good chance for the long term.

If you don't have Solana in your portfolio, I don't think it's a bad idea to swap a portion of your BTC and Ethereum for Solana as this will further diversify your holdings but if you already have Solana you don't have to do that because Bitcoin and Ethereum are still the most reliable crypto to hold considering the present circumstance.

Now almost all coins have experienced a fairly large correction including Solana, but for Solana's durability I am also starting to be impressed because Solana was targeted by many people at the time of the correction so that the decline was not too deep and when the correction was finished I am sure Solana will return to the same price very good or new ATH.

btw, selling your bitcoins to buy to solana for me is a bad move. the crypto market is currently sideways, and the potential for bulls in the next few months is huge. Most likely Solana will also return to bull in the next crypto bull.

In my opinion, selling such solid coins as Bitcoin and Ethereum to buy Solan is too much of a risk. I think the chances of Solana becoming one of the main coins on the market are very slim. I think that an interesting solution could be to simply invest part of the capital in Solana and leave part in Bitcoin and Ethereum.

I don't think you have to sell Ethereum in order to buy Solana. This is due to the fact that Ethereum is the largest network with the most developed ecosystem, which tells us that the price of the ETH coin will continue to rise. Exactly. You won't be making profits if you sell a profitable coin to buy another promising coin. You might be losing in the end. It will be much better if you hold both ethereum and SOL and only sell them when their value hits another ATH and buy back again when their value becomes cheap. However, selling bitcoin for SOL is never a good idea. Bitcoin will always be the most profitable coin so it should always be kept and hold safely as it can give us huge profits when it starts to skyrocket again and end up in its new ATH.
