Hey bitbollo, added you to the USA lot.

With Fattcatt order, the Group Buy is CLOSED as we have reached 100+ books already. Each book approximately weighs around 250 gms and 84 books have been ordered from US and 33 from EU. Hence, the total weight for shipping will be ~ 20-25 kgs for US and ~8-9 kgs for EU. I will be sending in 2-3 lots of 7.5-10 kg each to the US and 1 lot of 8-9 kg to EU as the max shipment is limited to 19kg AFAIK.

Based on Postage Estimates, shipment for each book comes around $5 for US and $2.5 for EU including tracking. You can do the math yourself based on the total books ordered.

If it's lesser when I go straight to the PO, I will repay for each orders. Here is the sheet and total payment details for each user:

Update regarding orders : I spoke with India Today Head Office (as this was a large order) regarding shipment to me and they will get me a quote by tomorrow. Once I pay them, shipment should take 3-5 days to reach my destination!

Shipping :

It would be easier if I'm able to ship all the US books to a trusted person in US like minerjones or Mopar for reshipment and the EU books to a trusted person located in EU. For example, if we are able to reach 50 books for US and 50 for EU, it will cost just a single payment of ~$30 or so to ship from my country to US and another $30 for EU. Though final shipment prices are subject to change.

With this, each person can pay just an additional cost of $30/50 books ~ $0.6 shipping fee per book and then they can discuss further shipment with the reshipper in your country.

No one likes to pay $25 shipping just for $5-$10 worth of books  

If you are able to pay an additional of $1-$2 per order, I will be able to buy some envelopes for safe shipment

Yup, even I thought of the same. The above one was my estimate as I used to send small shipments to various parts of world till now and after a surge in interest for group buy I called PO and asked. They asked me to make an estimate through this link : https://www.indiapost.gov.in/VAS/Pages/calculatePostage.aspx

Each book weighs an approximate of 200-250 grams (120 pages). 250*84 books ~ 21 kg approx. For shipping 11 kg, it is ~$120-$150 (final charges might differ based on the location where I ship to in USA, hence posting a rough estimate)...

So $300 approx for shipping 84 books. It's $3.5 for 1 book on an average whereas it's less for shipping to EU. I'm asking an additional $1.5 per book just in case if they are higher. I will share the invoice copy image in this thread and if they are less, I will repay whatever extra I have with me. They are a govt office and they don't accept credit/debit cards, hence I need to pay through cash. So I need to have some additional cash with me before I reach PO.

Just to recheck, I tried ordering Citadel21 mag which ships from US. They charge me a shipping fee of $8/book and hence I came to a conclusion that shipping in the India Post website is approximately correct.

P.S Shipping through private services like DHL and UPS costs $250 for 9 kg whereas 11kg parcel costs only $120-$150 through govt shipments.

In relation to reshipping to @bitdexter @Iced & @Dernoste I will send some PM's
requesting addresses and details for payment.

As I mentioned before there will be a TAX charge on the items received from
Heisenberg_Hunter because he is shipping from outside the E.U, that will be
23%, some E.U countries charge 19% others 25% so its average.
Luckily because the value of the items including shipping costs is under €150
there should not be an EXCISE DUTY charge.

For US orders, I've a minor workaround to reduce the cost of shipping/book. If I'm able to ship the large orders of 25 books and 20 books separately to their respective locations, the total weight will be reduced to ~10kg around for 39 books and will cost $120 instead of $420. $120/40 will cost shipment charges of $3 per book instead of $5.

P.S will repay the extra $4 which @MoparMiningLLC paid yesterday if this solutions works. Also these are tentative prices and final price might be lower if I go straight to the PO and if I have an exact weight.

EDIT : I will be doing separate shipment for Mitchell and Anon member who contacted me through PM. With this, the shipment of price per book has been reduced to $3 instead of $5 for US members. Here is the updated sheet for payment :

Sorry, but it's already late. Though, 12 books haven't been paid still so will wait for confirmation from them for a day otherwise you can get them
