Good day! 11/28/21 banned user Evgenklm. I am writing on his behalf, because he cannot go in and write a post. Yesterday, the account of the Evgenklm user was hacked, and a post was written, with the transition to the link for downloading the miner. User Evgenklm still does not understand how this happened, has nothing to do with this post and sincerely regrets what is happening. He asks to unblock his account, his account is several years old, he always adhered to the rules and treated his account with care. Confirmation of logging into the account from a different IP in the attachment, the message from the hacker coincides with the time of logging into the account from a different IP.
p.s: look at the messages for several years, there were no violations, if unbanned, he will change the password and will follow very closely.

Another "Phoenix Mining Post" victim from what I can see from the reference of his feedback in here.
See this on what he can do to recover his account: Recovering hacked/lost accounts

There are number of users I recall that encountered the same locked account incident due to whatever mining software this is:

I see that one of the photo also contains the feedback reference, mb.

In fact, anyone can fall for a hacker attack. I just don’t understand how they so skillfully hack accounts? .. After all, I’m not sure that this hacking brought a lot of money to the fraudster, but the harmless user was blocked.

Well aside from possibly getting one's login credentials through phishing sites, it could be possible that the user you mentioned in the OP clicked a malicious link that caused a session hijack.
You can Google it to see what I mean.

First case, account hacked. The question is, did the hacker change the email and password of that account?
If hacker changed email and password then I think you just need to suggest your friend to send message to admin via main email of the account. You may need a sign message from one of the bitcoin addresses he's ever used to make it easier for the admin to solve your friend's problem.

Second, hackers have posted link containing malware to this forum so admin have to block them. If your friends can prove ownership of the account, then I think the second case can still be solved because the admin has now deleted the malicious post.

Your friend should be follow the steps for hacked / and lost Accounts from the recovery Team and all should be going good!
Maybe takes 7 to 14 days as i remember  but im not sure about that.
If your friend got his Account back in his hands , tell him that he should be write to me or here or in my other Thread and i will remove my negative Feedback.
I have reported the Account that it gets locked , hope this helps to recover the Account.

is it possible to do so? do you write how much he has to transfer BNB to another address , for example 0.003524 , and he will transfer this amount to another wallet with decimal precision as a verification of the authenticity ? bep20 network

I don't know if signing a message with an etehreum address is also possible, but maybe because it's the only way at the moment.
Your friend has used this address 11 times so far, and the last time he used it was 11-16-2021 13:33:20 UTC. So ask him to sign the message at that address, and follow the account recovery procedure as described.

The question is, did the hacker change the email and password of that account?
Yes. According to BPIP, the password was changed yesterday. But BPIP doesn't keep track of changed email addresses, so no one besides the owner can answer you that part of your question.

I don't know if signing a message with an etehreum address is also possible, but maybe because it's the only way at the moment.
It is possible to do it, but I don't know if the recovery team is willing to accept signed Ethereum addresses or if it has to be Bitcoin only. It probably also depends on which wallet is being used. If OP's friend is using MEW, he needs to login to his wallet, click on Wallet actions > Sign message, and follow the instructions.

It's possible if he has access to the private key of the address. He can import the address to mycrypto wallet or myetherwallet and he should be able to sign it if he follows the instructions.

No, a transaction fee is not required to sign a message on Bitcoin or other blockchains like Ethereum. Signing a message is a way of proving that you are the owner of the address in question.

If your friend manages to sign a message with the stated address, it means it will act as evidence to show that indeed he is the owner of the hacked profile.

According to OP the account was hacked and used to post a malware, so yes signing a message using an old address is a good way of proving if the current person asking the account to be unbanned is the actual owner and not the hacker.

Is there any proof that the said account was really hacked? It's a pretty excuse most of these banned users give after being caught, And, if the password was changed, how did the real owner gain access to the account and discover that it had been banned? I'm not implying that the OP was given a deceptive statement; I'm simply stating facts.

I'm getting a strange vibe about the merits exchange and similar writing style between the Op account and the banned user.

I don't know if this is your first time coming across this, but If you have ever followed this thread, you would be aware by now that there have been lots of hacked/sold accounts that were later used to post malware, got banned only for the true owners to realize afterwards when they are banned.

Many have been recovered. Of course, the recovery team looks at other details like changes in IP logs before recovering the account. So they definitely know more "facts" than us regular users.

Unlike the old type of hackers, these particular hackers don't bother changing the password. They just access your account and post. OP or his friend probably logged in and discovered that they were banned.

I'm getting a strange vibe about the merits exchange and similar writing style between the Op account and the banned user.
Finding whether they are alts or not is different and it can be done by the investigators who are actively exposing the alts. But we can see many if the accounts are facing similar issues and they get banned at the end for posting something which isn't posted by actual owner which may proves that OP isn't lying.

Anyway OP have to ask his friend (or alt) to sign in the message from that ethereum message to prove he owns the address and may the recovery process will be started.

The fact that the suspicion of alternative accounts begins suggests that the banned Evgenklm account should have created a topic with an appeal on its own.
Nevertheless, without delving into the connection of these accounts, until matches are found that could serve as an accusation, Lafu offered you the most optimal solution.
Since the two accounts are Russian-speaking, the Russian section has a good guide on how to sign a message for an ETH address.
The author of the topic was also banned quite a similar story. He advises on how it was successfully unlocked. You can do the same.

According to Bpip the account in question was reported and banned after posting malicious link I don't think signing a message would do the user any good if the account is banned and not locked and there no way to verify that the account in question was
According to OP the account was hacked and used to post a malware, so yes signing a message using an old address is a good way of proving if the current person asking the account to be unbanned is the actual owner and not the hacker.

Here you did not give any fact, instead of reading the topic more carefully.
The request to write constructively, and not just write for the sake of the race for merit ... This user was blocked, we are in different cities and are very good friends.
He was banned by a proxy, so he could not write or create a topic on the forum, he asked me to do it. Regarding the exchange of merits, I hope you also have friends who can give you merits, it is normal in society, to give each other gifts.
