I don't know if they are negotiable to accept payment in PayPal because on that list, there's no PayPal that they would be accepting.

Personally, I'd recommend two of them, yahoo and Hhampuz.

I don't know if the OP has found the best rate for the bounty manager obviously I don't know about the rates because of privacy so it's more for PM which one fits your pocket money.
Yahoo also always offers a good one, even from all of them managing ongoing campaigns, look at their job they are definitely professionals.
With a popular management, it will usually attract more participants to join, if someone abuses it, the manager will act.

The difference between your statement and mine is mine is factual, yours is just you trying to justify your thought. Paypal can be reversed. Anytime you are paid in paypal a person has up to 180 days to chargeback. I also am unsure what all paypal supports and doesn't support. You also have alot of paypal scammers out there.

So let's say that a person takes a job from this guy. They get paid in paypal and run the bounty for a month. Manager submits the spreadsheet, then all the sudden there is a chargeback to your paypal account and paypal sides with the company. Then said company decides not to pay the tokens either.

You have worked for free and the users got 0.

You personally may not be a scammer, I don't know you at all. My point is, why should a reputable manager risk it?

The simpler thing to do is convert the PayPal funds to any cryptocurrency like Bitcoin or ETH or even USDT if you are scared of the asset dropping in value and then pay them using that. It brings confidence to both parties.
