Any new-ish, cpu friendl minable coins you guys looking at?

Yeahh, i know im not gonna find the next million dollar coin! dont really care! - i miss participating in new projects, the fun, the camaraderie! been looking at the announcement threads, cant really make my mind up,
any thoughts?

Not new, but I can recommend a CPU minable coin for you - XMR (Monero).

With all couturiers reviewing or finalizing their action plans agains the misuses of cryptocurrencies, I can see Monero like coins will have great value in near future. Where mostly all cryptos are pseudo anonymous, XMR is truly anonymous.

So when all governments will try to poke their noses in crypto transactions, XRM will become really useful. It's perfectly minable using CPU.

hehe yeah thanks for the reply, been mining monero for a long time, and eth too, but as i said i miss the new coin aspect! im def not gonna stop mining xmr, but i could point a rig or two towards something new for the fun of it!! and i like coins that stay/are cpu friendly, helps get people in to it

What about the 'new' Raptoreum that has been hyped recently? Sounds like the profit is still quite decent last time I checked them out. If you got a Ryzen it might be a good option to choose.

I created a cryptocurrency. His name is denaro and it can be mined with CPU. You can find the miner on github: https://github.com/denaro-coin/denaro. Yup, miners are being crazy about Raptoreum and how it utilizes the L3 caches of Ryzen cpu's, Raptoreum's value is still up and you can profit from it, been using my Ryzen 5 and it's definitely being used well, gonna grabe the profit by the end of November.

cpu is good for several weeks and now is gpu dominated, still very early new-ish
