[Hiring] Graphics Designer Monthly Basis

Hi,

Looking for a graphics designer who can

- Make graphics when needed
- Must have a good sense of colors scheme.
- Must be available when needed (not 24/7)

The work is not a lot we just need you to be there and there is a possibility that we may only need 1 simple and plain image daily.

Edit: Payment can be made in advance if the member is reputed otherwise it will be weekly basis or daily I do not mind paying daily for the work till we build trust however, I have worked with many reputed members before.

No offense, but some tend to be too "hungry" and not careful enough to avoid any possible surprises, hence this should be mentioned because you don't have yet a reputation on this forum.

My bad I forgot to mention that I am willing to pay the amount advance if the person is reputed. Otherwise I can agree on working on weekly basis. No need for escrow (Saves time).
