Did you get your money at the same exchange rate or was the price different? Unfortunately, Changelly does not have a good reputation, and the use of a built-in exchange inside the wallet increases the problems because you are using a third party that use another third part to make exchanges and therefore it is better to do it directly or
avoid Changelly at all.
The reason for my question is that I have a friend who had a similar problem and it was resolved with a different exchange rate than the previous one.
