I am indeed seeing google ads about new segment of play to earn games since last two weeks. I haven't yet tried any of them because I don't usually get time to play games, but I think such games will surely come handy for a lot of people with time in hand.

Also as a second thought, I don't know how much valuable their token will become. It's more like a centralized cryptocurrencies with a single issuer and you can only purchase from them. I am yet to see a marketplace to convert their tokens into something more useful. Any leads?

But whenever there's another wave of lockdown, actually it's already happening in some countries. And there are countries that have been dealing with the new normal.

Play to Earn is good and considerable but  doesnt mean its free which simply implies  that you would need  to invest before you could make profits or money and we know that not all would really be having  money in   terms  of investment which means you cant  be sure whether you could earn
or something legit or could really make you  income.

Besides its never been ideal for you to rely on earning income because it isnt really that sustainable or really go for long term.

ITs not an assurance but at least it could able to patch up on these times of pandemic situation.

The potential way for short term earning but this totally depends with the tokenomic of play to earn. I will give you an example if tokenomic that owned by axie infinity didn't have a proper tokenomic.
Hyper inflation combined with the team that was always generating new token has become another problem. The fact that this will not help you in short term but it can always be changed anytime as the developers can change the tokenomic easily but when it already implemented like SLP and that's difficult to change. There must be more utiulity to the token to make the demand increase and there will be no hyper inflation.
SLP being distributed in daily basis and it has billions of supply right now. That's why the price is always dropping anytime. You must learn from there before try to think if it can help you. This idea needs more development to prevent hyper inflation.

That's for sure, even if there's no lockdown, having at least 1 p2e game will help you pay daily necessities. That's why games like axie infinity who has a stable income (slightly lower nowadays because of lack of update), will really help people, especially students and unemployed to survive another lockdown.

P2E help so many people from the 3rd world of countries and it was also generating so much money for the early investors but there are lots of homework that must be solved. So many things need to be revamped and i hope that so many new plays to earn game will have learned a lot from the axie infinity. Axie infinity has been doing so well but it's not so good when I was seeing how much SLP printed in daily compared with a burn. Too many people for grinding and that means fewer buyers as more and more buyers will have enough SLP to be earned for sure. Play to earn can help people as passive income but the problem is majority of play to earn were paid to earn first before you can earn money from there. The game-like axie infinity has been forcing you to buy axies and it's not all of the new players can afford it and remember that the profitability ratio to the capital that's needed to buy axie was also decreasing so hard since hyper inflation happened.
