Keep getting this error...

https://i.ibb.co/55WrYKN/Phoenix-Mining-Error-Sero.jpg

I'm new to working with anything except Nicehash. But since it doesn't support SERO/PROGPOW. I've been trying to get my 290x to mine this as I have a couple still laying around and supposedly they do a really great job at this. Tried different pools and miners, connection is fine, but I keep getting shut out with this same error: ''Connection closed by pool''. Anyone able to help? Smiley Greatly appreciated!

Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: Sapphire AMD R9 290X
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 @ 3200 mhz
MB: Gigabyte B450 AORUS PRO
SSD: Samsung 850 Evo 500GB
PSU: Corsair CX650
CASE: Corsair Carbide 300R
