So with that I looked through my files and I found my Bitcoin key that starts with an "L" (51 characters ?)and I have a private key also that which starts with a "U" (103 characters?) I`m going to work on recovering my coins . Thank you .
The 51 characters that starts with 'L' looks promising but it should be 52 characters.
The other can't be a WIF private key nor a ECDSA private keys simply because of the starting character.

BTW, since your address starts with '3', you need to add "p2wpkh-p2sh:" in front of the private key when importing to Electrum,
example:
Code:
p2wpkh-p2sh:L25aB3g4SpRxxDUyvNqD9rwsyjvULJ8DDHrvynQnm7TSJgxxxxxx
Without it, Electrum will derive legacy address that starts with '1' instead.

Update: I made another watch only wallet like you suggested, all the coins appeared in there.

I know the name of the bitcoin site now it`s bitcoinofficial dot org.

I tried to import btc address but it said its already in there. (Electrum watch only wallet)

I have public keys, private keys and Segwit for Bitcoin and address.

And I also have private key and bc address for Electrum for my named wallet.

I think I missed something but I`m just looking at a lot of information.

The default wallet has "seed" shaded grey, which means no seed.
I'll repeat my question above which you haven't answered yet: How did you create this watch only wallet? Did you go through the Electrum set up wizard and write down the seed phrase of 12 random words it showed you at some point? Or did you get a master public key (a long string of characters starting with "zpub") from somewhere else and use that to create the wallet? Or did you just import the addresses manually? Answering this is necessary before we can potentially work out how you can spend your coins.

Its not an Electrum generated address.
So where was it generated?

Wallet was generated at BitcoinOffical dot org.

The address starts with a "3"

Online (web) wallets should not be trusted unless open source and fully reproducible in offline mode. Although I have no experience with this site, I see that there have been some suspicions from respectable members of this forum.

[WARNING] Stay Away from Bitcoinofficial.org

If you exactly followed my instructions, the wallet will not be watching-only since it's the private key that you've imported.
If you pasted the address, it will be a watching only wallet since it' just an address which is already public.

You can check the title bar of Electrum to see what type of wallet it is, e.g: [standard, watching-only], [imported] or [imported, watching only]
If it says [imported] and the balance is there, then you can now use that wallet to spend the funds.

The one which starts with L should be 52 characters (including the L). This is known as a Wallet Import Format (WIF) private key. If it is only 51 characters (including the L) then you are missing a character. Follow nc50lc's advice above on how to import it to generate the corresponding address beginning with a "3".

Does the one which starts with U start with U2FsdGVkX1? If so, then this is OpenSSL encrypted data. You'll need a password which you hopefully know to be able to decrypt it.

Great news that you got your coins back!

For future, you should take steps to avoid finding yourself in a similar situation again. Since you already have Electrum downloaded and installed, use it to create a new standard wallet, and write down the 12 word seed phrase it shows during the set up process on paper (do not save it electronically!) This 12 word seed phrase can be used to recover all your private keys and all your addresses if you should lose access to your wallet for any reason.

This is a much better idea than trusting some shady website and generating private keys online. If you want far greater security, then consider a reputable hardware wallet.

Thanks I will go with Electrum in the future, although btc is secondary for me I`m actually into Pirate Chain and store mine offline in a lite wallet. I`ve had trouble syncing the Treasure Chest full node wallet it has a few coins in it, not a big loss but I never give up trying to resolve any issues.

Thank you for your interest because its people like yourself who make cryptos less scary and more fun.
