Last week (27.11.21) I transferred a few DOT from Binance to Atomic Wallet.

Polkascan says: Result (green tick), but it is still pending and not showing up in my balance. The following sentence may be the key:

Quote
DOT nodes are under maintenance. There could be issues with balance updates, sending, and exchanging. Engineers are investigating the issue.

Is someone suffering the same problem? Anyone know how long could it take to fix the problem?

I have checked other threads on this coin and it seems that other members are not having this problem (last post on parachain auctions was written yesterday, no problem mentioned).

I believe as long as you keep your seed phrase safe and the tx is already being confirmed on the blockchain, your funds gonna be safe.

I took a quick search, and it seems there is another user who has a similar problem to you. Take a look here: REDDIT: DOT nodes are under maintenance?

But that post is created on 16 Nov, so it has been a long time if the problem hasn't addressed yet.

Thanks for your answer vv181, I hope you are right and my funds are safu (it isn't a big amount, but with this market dump the littlest amount is important).

Looking at the link you shared, it seems that it will take some time, but I will be happy if it still gets confirmed in the app eventually (it is already confirmed in the blockchain).

I never use Atomic Wallet personally so I don't know for sure, but if you look around at that subreddit, turn out a few peoples complaining about the same issue, and if I look at their wallet website(https://atomicwallet.io/assets-status) DOT are listed fine. I think you better try to post your issue on their subreddit, it looks like the wallet mod is more responsive over there, so maybe they might address your issues faster.

Thank you vv181, I have being waiting patiently for more than two weeks now and the transaction is still "Pending" on one hand in the wallet but "Complete" on the other, in the blockchain, but it is curious that the disclaimer about issues with balance has now disappeared.

I think that I have waited enough, so I will follow your piece of advice and ask on their subreddit.
