I'm new at crypto industry . I wanna take this as my career . Now I'm confused about what should I start with?

Here a few skills of mine:
1. Making Banner's
2. Expert at Microsoft Office Word & Excel and Google Spread Sheets / Creating form.
3. Pro at  HTML and CSS .
4. Few Knowledge about marketing . 

What kind of work I can find here ? And where will I get it ?
I would be very happy and thankful to you  if you help me

Just offer where you're best with. The best skill that you have and that's what you can offer to work for. Post on the Services and say how much you're asking for the fee of yours in bitcoin.

Look also for other crypto marketplaces for which you can use those skills for getting paid in crypto.

If you have the skills, then you're one step ahead of many of the spammers here to come up with something decent. You can go directly to service board and create threads about services that match your expertise, promotional banners for example. But I kind of doubt you'll find your job that easy at this point. Average Joe may be tough from the start, but it never hurts to try.

You definitely can if you can apply those skills appropriately.

1. Making Banner's
With knowledge of this you can design banners for projects that advertise on this forum. New projects also require design of their roadmap, whitepaper etc.

2. Expert at Microsoft Office Word & Excel and Google Spread Sheets / Creating form.
You can manage projects both on the forum and off it.

3. Pro at  HTML and CSS .
You can earn by creating websites for projects.

4. Few Knowledge about marketing .
This skill would be more beneficial to you as you would need to market your skills in order to get hired by prospective clients. With more knowledge you can also work in the marketing sector of projects.

I just want to suggest you to stay longer here to learn bitcoin and many other things. There's nothing wrong with getting jobs for money on these forum but if you want to learn more then you might be able to achieve something easier here since you're good at some things.

Grind your skills to its limits, you will be good and will earn more. Graphics artist, programmer, and online marketer/marketing is up for good in every marketplace section of this forum or every forum just a tight competitions that's why you need to excel on that skills of yours.

This crypto market may sound lucrative but be sure you have done proper research about the same before entering this market and make it as you career as there are so many things that you can opt to do having those special skills but give some time to it.

Here a few skills of mine:

Ok so if you are good at those graphic skills then you could provide you services here with proper announcement thread and showing your past work with some companies like if you have some kind of portfolio build up which could help attract companies that will pay you to design ANN threads for them like jayce [/quote] have done here.Use your skills in best way possible.

3. Pro at  HTML and CSS .

Build up some useful or handy crypto websites with them but it would be better if you have some js knowledge along with them to make your applications work in better way and can help users by fetching API's from crypto websites to combine them into useful data and earn through it.

4. Few Knowledge about marketing

Try to contact the projects and help them promote the same in market through different ways which is best use case of marketing knowledge and that could help you.

Rest everything will take some time but if you are determined to do so you will achieve it.

As you're going to offer that to employers and clients, it's best to offer where you are good at, as much as you can where you're really at your best.

As you've mentioned, you've got several skills already but it's better to offer where you're confident of being to your greatest if somebody hired you at that niche.

This is are good skill you  have got  that you can also work with it in the forum . With this I don't think you are behind, try to build up what you have got very well, and try to showcase them . Apart from the forum this are skills you can use as source of income  and you can also train people to acquire this skills.

There are new projects and you can use your skills to create a banner dor their project or if it is a casino then you can help them build the casino and of course you'll get paid for that. For thise projects who rum a signature campaigns is using google spreadsheet and you can help create but for google spreadsheets, the one who mostly use it are campaign managers

First of all, since you have knowledge making banners, so improve your skill and join the marketplace. There are demands of the crypto banner designer. Day by day you may improve and could design a website as well. So that you can keep your role in the cryptocurrency field.

The second thing since you are pro in HTML CSS, means you know basic about coding. You can build your career with that if you can work hard. Just concentrate learn more coding languages including solidity. Also, you will find a project that is looking for developer support. You have to build your portfolio first. 2. You are a newbie in crypto and you already know you can earn in crypto with your skills without investing fiat. Many newbies in this space are actually concerned about the coins to buy.

I am not sure whether those skills of yours could be of any benefit to the community. There is a lot of demand in this industry for those who are good at digital marketing. I think you need to work on that first but in the meantime, you can create a thread on the service board and advertise these skills. It will be also great if you can show some of your work as an example in that thread. As you have mentioned you are a pro in HTML and CSS, you can share some links of your work to give a boost to your advertisement.

Knowing some skills is not enough specially when they are some basic ones that are commonly known by many people. You have to be good at them and have a decent amount of experience in working in each field. If you don't have that, don't worry you can gain it but it will be harder since you'll need to compete with those who have more experience. You could do that by offering cheaper services and work hard to do a good job, so that you can give yourself a small edge.

I think these skills listed are quite fine to have a good career in cryptocurrency. Not taking about in here, cause its bound by popularity and merit thing. You are right but i would also advise @OP to master the skill in any course if he can't gain experience from all because it's better to have one strong side rather than having more and more weak sides or more common phrase for the same is :
