I think that this december is special because of the circumstances that have nothign to do with crypto but the world in general i think one major factor is the fear of the omikron covid variant, that is spreading and that also made the traditional stock markets drop in the last few days. Then we have this topic with the real estate company evergrande in China that seem to have trouble again and that may be go bankrupt which would cause a pretty big upset in the whole financial sector. Sadly the crypto market always reacts even more drastically then the traditional markets and my portfolio also went down at least 20% yesterday. I hope the market stabilizes now.

Exactly, presently it looks like market is recovering but it looks like bull trap to me, things end up working out differently this time around so I ended up taking profits but also let's not forget that December isn't over yet, things can still turn out differently

I dont know what to call December but my holding within this month has been a total lost which I don't even know when it will bounce back.
I think the major heartbreak of this dump are the Altcoins, Bitcoin suffer though but it seems to have stabilize. Altcoins are moving in a way I don't understand, they are bleeding because investors no look ngwr have confidence and if bitcoin should further drop, it's not going to be loss but a huge disaster.

We should not be concluding yet the December just began and let's still watch the market and see if the month would end in a bear move. YouTubers are no guarantee for investment signals I think getting a good foundation on how to do the analysis your self will save you from more drastic move from the market trend. Let's keep watching to see how December ends

December this year is very calm, a correction is expected, there is no endless growth, no trend for the arrival of bears is yet visible, the walls are too strong for the main points. If you look at this stability, it showed that no one is ready to buy more expensive, and not ready to sell cheaper, the result of someone decided to shake the game, to re-buy at lower positions and push the hamsters to the abyss.

This is something which whales wants us to think and they are successful in crashing the market temporarily and now they would have already shopped enough crypto to make a good profit when market stabilizes, we need to think from broader view and I don't see any news apart from usual opposition and banning threat from certain government and whales have just used these news as leverage to play with market. I would say that is the worst thing you could have done. If you get out when it is bottoming out (it could go even lower, but that doesn't change the point), and buying when it is recovering, that means you are losing money. If you needed the money and you cashed out because of that, then it makes sense.

There is no point on making a huge debt when you already have crypto to pay for it, I usually don't cash out and make a debt but that's me and I am doing something wrong, I am aware of it, this is why I understand people who pay their bills with crypto profits and that's fine. However, if you are not doing anything with that money, and just waiting for it to recover? Then it is certainly a bad move and I would suggest that you should try to stay away from it as much as possible, you should buy at the bottom and not sell, that's how you make a profit.

The truth is that no one has a clear picture or idea of where the market is going to end up next? By this time last year, market was booming upwards while making new highs even though it was much lower than it is today. People were expecting a similar move this year - upward to $80K - $100K price range but this time, it's looking all different and funny thing is that the influencers don't have a clue. Won't blame them. Influencers are glorified shillers.

We cannot really expect that things always happen in the same exact way at the same exact time, what is happening is that many people that went through the past crash are taking precautions, this means that at the first sight of problems people begin to sell their coins thinking that is finally the movement that is going to end this bull run, this is making quite difficult for bitcoin and the rest of the coins to go up in value, however if the price remains at the current levels and there is no crash this will create confidence among investors about a crash not happening as soon as they expected.

and as we speak, we are more than 50k level again. so one can't really know what will happen next. but with those youtubers, expect that they will always present a clickbait on their channel, that's their job. to gain more views. and so they sometimes resort to spreading false info or info without basis at all.
stick to the facts happening around crypto market. read news and updates. be informed.
don't follow the fud, or suggested alts to buy. do your own research and learn the background of each project before spending your hard-earned money.

December is like the other months before.
The ups and down in crypto are still the same. Although we see the up and down happen many times in the last Q3-Q4, the crypto market still moving on the right track.
As long as you can stay calm down and not panic, you will see something that can be your benefit to use every moment at the crypto market and who knows, you can also make a profit by using the moment.
If you do not just follow those crypto chillers on Youtube and still search for more info and always analyze before you decide, you will not get lost because of their information as they only want to search for their benefits from their audience.
So it is better to analyze to find out what we need to do.

Meh. I won't be surprised if it ended up to be like the year 2017, before Bitcoin plummeted. Holidays are coming, so people are expected to get their profits at these times causing many to sell as well. Just take their coins, not by stealing lol, by buying their sold coins.

Do your own research to get good information, some youtubers provide analysis based on the market situation and I never believe it, because I always see the market situation from many points of view.
December is always like this? I don't think so because if the situation is the same as in December 2017, a bear market will occur, but the fact is crypto technology is developing and the number of users will increase because the covid 19 outbreak is still not over.

The market will go in a direction that TinTok and Youtube bloggers don't expect it to go. newbies will quickly be thrown out of the market and they will become disillusioned with the market. This is not a casino, this is not about the number of likes and views, this is about understanding the market, how it works and what laws it obeys.
