If this is true this is too early for them to cheat the members they just finished their bounty campaign I saw you also posted the link in their official thread they will notice this and hopefully they will go here to give their side of the story, good you posted it here with all the evidence.

I suggest you to message their support via email (support@bitgame.com) instead messaging on telegram group since there are lots of scammers and spammers there that the group install some bot to detect who spam and remove them out on the group eventually or maybe just message the telegram group admin.

And instead of saying that they're scam why not just wait and let them help you to resolve the issue, unless this incident happens weeks ago already and they refuse to resolve this case/

can you explain how can there be arbitrage in the same platform and same website ? is the odds different from user to user ? so thats why the user made another account to make arbitrage ?
or if he did arbitrage in another website with your website to benefit from  odds difference how did you know that ?
can you explain whats the arbitrage for Bitgame is ? 
do you mean you gave the user for example a deposit bonus thats the only way arbitrage with 2 accounts in same platform can work . its better you specify .
