1) Get some Matic from the Polygon Mumbai Faucet on https://faucet.polygon.technology/
2) Go to https://matictestnet.stablemalt.finance/
3) Add the Polygon Testnet RPC, you can find it on https://chainlist.org/
4) Claim some Dai in "TESTNET AMM" tab.
5) Trade some Dai to Malt.
6) Pool both assets to get LP in "Pool"
7) Bond your LP in "Staking"

@everyone a quick update on what's been happening.

I took a week off to go away with my gf for the first time since the start of covid. A break from the world and work for a while to recharge before we attempt to take over defi with Malt V2. At the end of that trip I managed to catch a horrible flu and I have been in bed barely able to move for the past week. Fortunately, I am recovering now and should be back to full performance in the next few days.

On the Malt side of things, the rest of the team has held the fort down incredibly well. Testnet exceeded our expectations. We are just dotting the i's and crossing the t's at this point getting ready for launch.

Once I am back at my desk at full capacity next week I will make another announcement with more info about when launch will be.

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has stuck it out with us this long. We understand the journey to V2 hasn't been as fast or smooth as many (including us) had hoped for. However, we are confident that it will have been worth the wait when we drop V2!

update news

Last week was my first full week back after being ill and I spent the time going through some data from the testnet to see if there had been any bugs / issues while I was away.

I ended up finding an edgecase that resulted in vested rewards moving back to being unvested for a short period of time (weird one I know). Ultimately, the rewards still ended up vesting fully to the user but it did mean that it looked like rewards disappeared for a short period of time. This is completely undesirable and i've spent almost all my time since finding that trying to rework the way vesting is handled to remove that issue.

I finally made a breakthrough today and have a new system that works exactly like the old one but without the weird edge case. We now need to implement that new system in the contracts (should be done by EOD tomorrow) then we can deploy that to the testnet and make sure its all working as expected.

Once we have that verified as working we will at last be in a position to set a hard launch date!!

So stay tuned for an announcement about when we are launching!

I want to get more detailed information, but it seems the website is not informative, even I didn't find their professional team, some looks like this website is still under construction, I think this project should have a lot of clarity at least have clearer information on their website, even i don't see any document in any part, that's also important, and i don't see the roadmap. I hope that before the launch of their website platform they should display detailed information.

how is the current malt project? I think it's been a while this project hasn't made any progress at all, like V1 has been delayed even more than a season. I don't mean to insult this project, but I want to see how they have developed over the months since this ANN was launched, all I see on their social media is that sales are still ongoing, this actually makes their community increasingly have a declining trust in malt, they need to move quick to develop their platform and then launch it to the public, and explain why V1 was paused, while V2 was about to launch.
