Dies are almost ready, on their way to hardening!

Due to the nature of the coin, and seeing that there are a lot of interested members, I am considering doing a yearly allocation of the coin.

I mean, for example, this year only 12 coins will be minted, and next year another 12 until the minting cap is reached (I was thinking around 25-30 MAX)

I am now thinking on a way to allocate each slot, with raffles, games, auctions... so it is both fun and fair for all parties involved, please let me know your thoughts if we got to make it this way

12 coin a year for 2 consecutive years sound good. Doge is still hyped up due to Elon, might be fun to see where it goes in couple years

The final design is awesome.  I am not sure how limited these will end up.  Several artists and over a year to get here.

I love limited mintage but makes it very hard to get a return on your investment when only making 12. I would do 50 as the load value is still cheap and many people would be interested

I'm sure CI is thinking more about the community and the value for them from a small mintage  than return on investment for himself in this case.

I fully understand, for any collector of CI coins this is certainly a museum piece.

Unless there is a last time unexpected change, there will be 24 coins.

The way to acquire them will be a bit different this time, 24 coin spots, will be assigned in various ways (12 this year 2022, and 12 next year 2023) via Auctions, Raffles, games... to be decided. I think it will be fun for the community and will give the opportunity to everyone to get one.

So I will not be accepting any reservations for the coin.

Really looking forward to this coin, a great amount of time and artists skills were involved to bring this project to the forum, the end result will be a museum worthy piece from cryptomperator made of fine gold. WOW!!

Any chance you release a non-fundable silver version of this coin with a larger quantity than the gold ones? Or even a slightly modified one that's 100 DOGE instead of 1,000, but made out of silver?

I will step in and say that would take away from the very limited mintage of this artwork and I would not agree to it.
