Tell me though; what does this “course” teach the typical person that free information on the web cant? Does this course actually have more information than the CoinDesk Learn article compilation?

I'm still new to bitcoin and Crypto but what I believe until now is bitcoin works P2P but the system works without a single storage or administrator in a nutshell i.e. decentralized, and until now I feel it's enough for me to know about bitcoin.
btw does there only make articles that can only be accessed if we pay? if that's true then I feel grateful to be here, because here there is a lot of useful information to add insight and most importantly this is FREE as long as we want to read and learn.

Question:
How do Bitcoin and its blockchain actually work?

To make it more very simple, anyone could actually go online to google the meaning of bitcoin, blockchain technology and learn how the process works, understand the meaning and relevant aspects in them, not alone that, you could also as well get used to some of the common recommended wallets and bitcoin protocols that allows you enjoy privacy with bitcoin, all these and more is what you can gain from being on this bitcoin community if you're active and give to learning.

Question:
How do Bitcoin and its blockchain actually work?

Interesting. How Bitcoin and its blockchain work, I try to give a general explanation of the process. Bitcoin is a decentralized digital currency created through a process called mining, in which computers compete heavily to solve complex math problems. Once the problem is solved, miners are rewarded with a certain amount of Bitcoins.

All transactions on the Bitcoin network are recorded on a public ledger known as the blockchain. The blockchain is managed by a network of nodes, each of which has a competing ledger. Transactions are identified and added to the blockchain through a process known as context, which ensures ledger integrity and prevents double-spending.

In my opinion, "Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency Technology" is a valuable resource for anyone looking to gain a deeper understanding of Bitcoin and the blockchain technology it lays out.

Question:
How do Bitcoin and its blockchain actually work?

The real question here is:

Do we need to understand how it works to use it?

And the answer is "NO", just like your car engine, you don't ned to understand how the fuel becomes movements, you only need to know how to start it and drive it. And the same happens with Cryptos, people only need to understand how to send, receive and back up their address, that's all. The technical side is not a must for use it.

We still need to learn the basic.  if not then there is no way we can send the transaction to other people.  Sending transaction, receiving transaction, setting up the wallet, and installing the wallet is part of the thing called "how it works".  Though it is not in-depth knowledge, it is still part of the terms of how Bitcoin works.  We do not need to learn how to code and what made up its code but we should learn how to use it.

That's obviously right, but I think educating oneself with the social and economic implications can't hurt. Knowing why Bitcoin exists and what problems it solves or opportunities it creates makes probably more sense for most people than understanding the code. For those who are uncertain about Bitcoin, a course can make sense.

I think that some people who still have their doubts about cryptocurrencies do so because it is not clear to them what Bitcoin is all about. That's one concern that I get to hear sometimes when people say "what if it disappears out of a sudden?" So some of the basic info is important I think and it doesn't have to be too technical.

And the same happens with Cryptos, people only need to understand how to send, receive and back up their address, that's all. The technical side is not a must for use it.

Actually the OP's intention was good to share knowledge and articles to help people who don't understand, but instead of directly discussing it there he just included a link.
I like the analogy you shared. It's true that we only have to study, understand and understand basic knowledge and we don't have to be required to fully understand the existing system to be able to use Bitcoin, but if you really understand everything maybe that's better.
If to be able to adopt or use Bitcoin, we have to understand all the workings of Blockcahin, then Bitcoin will only be used by certain experts.
This may be a bit of a fear for people who don't know or are beginners that there are some people who think that to be able to own Bitcoin one must have good competence or ability in the field of technology and computers.
Even though at first it was a little confusing for ordinary people who didn't really know what crypto and Bitcoin were, after they learned about it and eventually they would get used to it and understand.

This way of working seems to have gone further than what must be learned first. Installing, sending, receiving, and setting up wallets is very important to understand. But before that, you must know how to back up the wallet you are using. Store the password phrases properly and safely, and make sure all the codes are correct, it will be very important to continue using the wallet.

Understanding bitcoin and cryptocurrency technology is not just about installing a wallet, there is a lot to learn too.
This forum makes a good place for reference to start learning what a beginner should do.
Make sure everything you make must have control in your hands.
