Facing heat problem with my mining rig after adding 4 extra cards to the number, now not even my table fan can keep up I mean suppress the heat and this rig is in my living room, here are my questions
1. Are mid heats safe for one's health? 2. Is there any exhaust fan you can recommend?

You have to plan as per your layout. It will hard to explain here but once you increase number GPUs, chances of 1 GPU sucking hotair from other GPU increases a lot, all you need to do is maintain a flow where hot air from GPUs are blown away so that there is cooler air for GPUs to suck in.

well how the hell you put rigs on living room beside we're winter now, assuming that situation make your decison put on that room exhaust fan pretty damn good for mining, put in&out fan so the room can circulate better, hope you doing well, single rig in ambient temp at 28c can drive up 10c more, and that room not good for living, i cant handle that heat

If you have more than 5 hot video cards, or you use RTX 3080 and more powerful, then use a closed case, and install your mining farm in a different place. My mining farm is on the balcony and it doesn't bother anyone. This is an additional heater, and in summer it is very uncomfortable to be around. I use an air conditioner in the office.

How is keeping mining rigs in the balcony safe? Too much of dust and humidity won't kill the GPU? I thought so that's why I don't bother to put my rigs outside, maybe I will give it a try now cos the heat is kinda too much for me to handle, some times I have to fully open my door room

Do not allow moisture to enter the mining farm. Cover windows with reflective tape or protect your mining farm from direct sunlight. For fire safety, it is better to equip a place where there are no rapidly combustible materials: curtains, paper boxes with things, etc.

I think the best solution to this is big to mid exhaust fan system, this will work even in your room unless the mining rig isn't beside the window, every rooms got one correct? So the exhaust fan should be between the rig and your window, you can get a top table and place the rig on the table to make sure the GPUs are sending the heat through the window, trust me this will work

blower type gpu is good for thight space, and dual/trio fans gpu make heat turbulance and getting hotter, and your power consumption getting worse
specially in the noon, more likely -+4% wattage, using exhaust fan better with vacum space, rather than open room

That's normal... more Watts more heat...

Totally normal as the more cards you add the more heat you are going to output. When I built my last 12 card rig the heat became too much for my little office and temps shot up to about 100 degrees in the room which was more than I could handle to sit in and work. The way I got around it was ordering a small but tall grow tent and an 8-inch inline fan that exhausts the heat outside a window. This cut down temps in my office back to 70 degrees with ease and is pulling all the heat out of the tent and outside which is keeping my cards under 50c

1. Are mid heats safe for one's health?
No. the mid higher chance to be broken first, unless you put some fan so the heat can be control 2. Is there any exhaust fan you can recommend? i recomended : The room adopts large exhaust air and large air intake, the exhaust air pushes the heat, and the fresh air blows in. just buy a normal $60-$90

Did it lower sound as an added bonus?

It will muffle the sound a bit, although depending on the inline fan that you buy it could increase the sound output a little. I went with a quiet version 8 inch and its not to bad on 50% power. Some of the cheaper fans do get very loud and do not have speed controls. I decided to spend a little more and get a good quality fan with a controller that was quiet. You can have it in the tent or outside of it depending on your setup. I would not get anything less than a 8 inch as the 6 inch fans are just not strong enough to pull the amount of air needed. I have an AC infinity 8 inch inline.

You need more space to get rid of heat easier, don't use 8 GPUs on 6 GPU mining case, I used 5 3070s on a 6rig case because the cards are fat versions so using six 3070s shrink the spaces for heat to get out of the case so if you are in same condition as me I suggest you do the same thing
