any other way to delete xrp account from ledger nano s?

i am trying to retrieve 10 xrp held in ledger nano s.

xrptoolkit keeps giving transaction failed error:

Transaction failed
Held until escalated fee drops.

is there any other way to achieve this?

It looks like you cannot empty your wallet due to the required reserves for XRP in Ledger.

The XRP Ledger applies reserve requirements, in XRP, to protect the shared global ledger from growing excessively large as the result of spam or malicious usage. The goal is to constrain the growth of the ledger to match improvements in technology so that a current commodity-level machine can always fit the current ledger in RAM.

To have an account, an address must hold a minimum amount of XRP in the shared global ledger. You cannot send this XRP to other addresses. To fund a new address, you must send that address enough XRP to meet the reserve requirement.

The current minimum reserve requirement is 10 XRP. (This is the cost of an address that owns no other objects in the ledger.) Each new account must set aside this much XRP. Some of this XRP can be recovered by deleting the account.

Your balance is 10 but the minimum requirement is also 10. Error.

Try importing your XRP private key into XUMM wallet and you can try to delete your wallet at https://xumm.community/ at the bottom there is a way to delete your wallet and restore your xrp.

That will not do.

As said about the 10 xrp.

In easiest way to understand it, for one to make an XRP wallet, it is requiring you to pay 10 xrp. So regardless of the price of XRP, 10 xrp is needed to make you a wallet and it is automatically credited or deducted if you deposit more than 10.

It will stay there forever and it is not retrievable.

Yes.

It's all gone and you can't delete or get that back. I was also surprised that I've done that before and not only once but twice.
