And you also can open scam accusation against the person who scammed you on the scam accusations section and DT members will tag them if you got valid proof to claim your accusations. But you lost the money and no one can do anything about it.

I was going to warn people to stay away from this scam, but then I realized that if you are planning on trying to steal bitcoins from others then you probably deserve what you're going to get.

Did you seriously trust a Newbie (who obviously can't do what they offered) with $800? Do you hate money or something?

You won't get getting IP-addresses from the forum. Theymos might cooperate with an official police investigation:

He should have the police contact me and I'll give them the scammer's IP logs.

While you're filing your complaint at your local police office, please let me know their response when you explain your intention to steal bitcoins to them.
