They know very well as they reply all (except those which has been replied by the admin of the exchange) the complain on their site. And for the accusation which has been solved monitored by the bestchange team.

It was solved as 50% loss of both (user and exchange). On that time until solve the case bestchange just disable their listing.

I am not sure, but if Best_Change mentions then as an Automatic exchanger then you should write to them about the issue. Who know during the listing process uniochange it was automatic. Perhaps Best_Change didn't update due to lack of information. So the right approach will be write to Best_Change support.
Yes, uniochange doing their business very unprofessional. And in this way user will be loser as the user see it is automatic so trade will be complete asap but for manual if it takes several hours or day then the user may face a lot of problem. For example you will give me 1000$ skrill where you charged me 900$ bitcoin. But I have no bitcoin and I ordered by perfect money on uniochange if the complete that for several hows or day then what will happen to you and me; can you imagine? Also, the rate of that time may decrease a lot in this case who will bear the loss? Its a big problem.

Actually they are promoting for getting referral bonus or listing fee. So, if the promote any scam project/unprofessional project they should be liable for that.
