As an Economist I will not advice anyone who may want invest to go and borrow money for Bitcoin investment let alone Altcoins investment this is because crypto currency market is too volatile for such high risk, except if the person is a gambler and will want to gamble his or her money.

Well to contribute into the matter, I would also suggest that it’s bad idea to take loan and invest the money if you are not sure in what you are investing. The crypto is not that strong asset to invest considering it’s volatility which is always at the high point. Just imagine the volatility which you looking after to double your investment can also go south side and make your investment half of original putting you in dangerous situation of heavy loss. At this point you will have to cover the half loss as well as also cover the interest rate that has been decided on the loaned amount.

I am pretty sure like me others have the same view about this strategy. If you are investing your loaned amount into something like government bonds which has fixed returns then you could be some what safe.

Going for a loan to invest into bitcoin is good. For this user should always have plan A and plan B. Here we aren't assured of the profit, because the market volatility can give good profit as well as cause big loss. To stay high in the market and keeping the portfolio strong isn't an easy thing.

When you go for a loan it is always good to focus on cryptocurrency that give short term profiting, because higher the loan tenure higher will be the interest being paid. If the plan A didn't work, immediate execution of plan B should be done. Only then it is possible to limit the loss, else the loan along with the loss will make us suffer.

I am less optimistic. We are at the end of the 4-year cycle and for the next 1-2 years I expect the prices to go down. Most of those who profited from the 20x bull run during the last two years would be looking forward to booking profit (at least partially). And this trend will accelerate once the exchange rates stay below 50K for an extended duration. Don't forget the fact that we had close to 80%-85% correction after the rallies of 2013 and 2017. I don't expect the same in 2022-23, but looks like there will be a correction.

My personal slogan to those I mentor is invested with spare money, even your personal money doesn't use your whole life savings to invest in bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency. So investing with the loan is extremely risky.

No one pray for Bitcoin downward trend but just says the fact of may happen come 2022. I do have that believe and history in this market used to repeat itself but people who invested at the wrong time will not want hear this truth because is either many of them are new to crypto currency market.

Investing without correction is a scam, so that regardless of the current market conditions, as long as we buy it at a dip price, the 45k USD resistance value is not so scary that it creates a pessimistic feeling.  Keep it up, this is the era of BTC, stocks or bonds are just old-fashioned economic products.

How can you be sure with analysis that next year will hit ATH?. I also don't mean to say that bitcoin is incapable of hitting ATH. Since you said that now is the right time to invest and make loans to invest, this is bad advice to me. The prediction is not wrong, but sacrificing everything for the sake of a prediction by making a loan to invest is not recommended.

I would say it is not bad to put money you earn in fiat into crypto, that is still a good idea as long as you do not take out a loan for it. Plus very rich people keep getting bigger and bigger loans and then go into bigger and bigger debts because they have assets that can cover those debts.

So, if you are truly wealthy then you could end up getting some big loans and put them into bitcoin as well, since you have assets that generate passive income then you could pay that loan back without a problem, so if you believe that you could take out a loan and pay that back without any crypto returns then that is fine as well. However, if you are a regular person like me, saving some of your earnings aside from your salary and then putting that into bitcoin is enough, if you are taking out a loan with a repayment depending on how well bitcoin does, then you are going to be screwed.

That will be the most foolish thing I can ever think about and that I can never do. The only thing I can do is to take a loan using my bitcoin as a collateral which is still better than just taking a loan. So if I do not pay on time, my bitcoin will be liquidated. This is a good strategy that rich people can use to avoid paying excessive taxes. But for someone to just decide to borrow money for bitcoin investment, it is absolutely foolishness if not well planned. In the next bull cycle, I believe some people having high amount of bitcoin holding that doe not want to sell will just have to loan another coins or currencies while holding their bitcoin as collateral.

You are claiming that Bitcoin will be priced at $ 120,000. What guarantees can there be that such a price tag will be in the near future? Yes, no, it's the same with the metaverse. The wrong investment will lead to huge problems for the investor who took out the loan. Moreover, this loan must be repaid on a monthly basis, I doubt that the portfolio will grow monthly.
