One of the first and most important principle that guides any investment is

You should be able to invest in Bitcoin for the long term, if you have a loan payable at a specific date, you're just gambling that the price of Bitcoin will do something at a specific date in the future. No one knows that.

But if your luck is bad and invest while the sell off occur, Imagine how much loss you can get on investing on crypto compared to the possible implications of inflation. I would advise against loaning money to invest it in cryptos. First of all where would we get money and at which interest rate? A bank will probably not give away money for investing. This would leave us asking friends and family for money which is usually not a good idea. Don't get me wrong, I am pro bitcoins and I also believe we will see a BTC price above 100,000 USD. So lets assume that you took out a loan of 10k, and you need to pay 1k per month for one full year, I am sure 20% interest rates must be valid in some nations or some cases, I know normally it is less but just stick with the example. That means you need to make more than 1k per month with that 10k investment in order to pay it back. The main problem with crypto is that it could turn your 10k into 20k in a single week, it could drop it to 5k in a single day.

So, you may not always be in profit and you may not always be able to sell to cover that fee. It doesn't have a recurring fee that is higher than the interest rate. When you taken up some loan and made out some investments and tending to wait up for some bull run in price before you do harvest out profits then it would really be a bad idea and as mentioned on where monthly interest of your taken loan would swell up and if you dont have various sources for it to be paid then that would really be a big problem thats why there would really be lots of reconsideration first before making step specially in talking about loans and this is something

Well to contribute into the matter, I would also suggest that it’s bad idea to take loan and invest the money if you are not sure in what you are investing. The crypto is not that strong asset to invest considering it’s volatility which is always at the high point. Just imagine the volatility which you looking after to double your investment can also go south side and make your investment half of original putting you in dangerous situation of heavy loss. At this point you will have to cover the half loss as well as also cover the interest rate that has been decided on the loaned amount.

Going for a loan to invest into bitcoin is good. For this user should always have plan A and plan B. Here we aren't assured of the profit, because the market volatility can give good profit as well as cause big loss. To stay high in the market and keeping the portfolio strong isn't an easy thing.

When you go for a loan it is always good to focus on cryptocurrency that give short term profiting, because higher the loan tenure higher will be the interest being paid. Investing without correction is a scam, so that regardless of the current market conditions, as long as we buy it at a dip price, the 45k USD resistance value is not so scary that it creates a pessimistic feeling.  Keep it up, this is the era of BTC, stocks or bonds are just old-fashioned economic products.

I would say it is not bad to put money you earn in fiat into crypto, that is still a good idea as long as you do not take out a loan for it. Plus very rich people keep getting bigger and bigger loans and then go into bigger and bigger debts because they have assets that can cover those debts.

That will be the most foolish thing I can ever think about and that I can never do. The only thing I can do is to take a loan using my bitcoin as a collateral which is still better than just taking a loan. So if I do not pay on time, my bitcoin will be liquidated. This is a good strategy that rich people can use to avoid paying excessive taxes. If you're responsible enough on paying on time your debt and if you think that you can make it always without any default, you do what's the best in your capability.

That's just a mere speculation and quite impossible to assume that bitcoin would really reach $120k for the year 2022. The market just had reached $68k all time high last month, so that prediction is really too much to expect. And personally, I'm not really going to advice anyone to borrow some money just to invest in bitcoin when especially the market's volatility is really unpredictable so instead of making proifts, chances are you're going to be the reason for someone's loss and buried in tragic debts.

Well said but not really advisable, because no body can tell what cryptocurrency market price can do. It's good to buy at a very low price and sell after pump, but taking loan or borrowing money to invest in cryptocurrency is entirely not advisable because of the higher risk involved. Good advise but it's not the best currently because the market can just decides to go completely bearish and never comes up to the particular level, maybe after many months which may make one or the borrower to incur more dept before the market comes to normal. It is definitely not the right decision and not advisable at the same time. I've been trading crypto for a quite long time and not even once did I consider making a loan or borrowing money not in a bank or even in my friend just to invest in cryptocurrency because I know the risk of putting money in crypto. At the same time, we always have reminded here in the forum to only put your money in investment or trading that you are willing or afford to lose, so if that money that you use will come at loan then this is a clear indication that you can't afford to lose it.
