Have you tried to look in France local board? I think it's more likely to find someone there.
But I see that you have negative trust for asking non collateral loan, so it may reduce chance for you that someone will take your offer.
I have no idea what exactly you need, but most likely you will have to use escrow.

I read your previous posts and if it is something related to banking services/accounts or some official documents, I do not advise anyone to do it with the @OP.
Can you add more about what you want? And is it something legal that a person can do without losing privacy?

Many of people who sell identity verified accounts may get you into legal problems if your bank account is used for no reason (Like, I will send you $ 200 and you send him Bitcoins)

Anyone who is looking to deal with OP over here or on telegram should see the trust history of the OP. They should be extra careful in any dealing and for whatever task OP is looking for, do not trust him without escrow. That's a small piece of advice from my side.
