Hi guys, I hope i'm posting this in the right forum and figured everyone should be aware of the person NWObitcoin over at Bitsler is. Apparently it's totally acceptable for him to insult a user in private message according to Bitsler's support as well. Screenshot will be at the bottom.

Some context, I was muted for three days by NWObitcoin for asking a moderator in chat to mute someone for insulting and harassing me. I didn't fire an insult back at this user or anything, I simply asked Matt if he could do his job and mute the user causing issues. Nope, and I get muted for three days..So i private messaged NWOBitcoin yesterday to ask him why I was muted and why it's okay for moderators to pick and choose who they enforce the rules against. I dont think it's too much to ask that the rules of chatrooms at all sites be applied fairly and consistently regardless of VIP level..

NWOBitcoin refused to answer any of my questions as he simply ignored them, and then called me a 'baby' and a 'troublemaker.' When I fired back and called him a 'prick' he then permanently muted me from the chatroom at Bitsler. Be aware, no one else could see this conversation except us as it was in a whisper message. It seems NWObitcoin has a pride issue and is nothing but petty and power hungry.

About your topic, I'm not siding with anyone but you probably need to grow a thicker skin especially when you're going to interact with people you don't know on the internet. You see all kinds of insults everyday in this space.

Looking at the shared convo? you are both having a Pride issue , you being a thick skin and NWObitcoin is power abuser 

you should share more of the conversation because that is only a part in which what comes from the beginning and what triggers the conversation to goes that way.

This is purely a case of your mishandling with @NWOBitcoin, although he is currently working on the Bitsler gambling site, I know many gambling sites hire telegram services to assist their communication with customers.

So, I don't think this thread is appropriate in the gambling section, it's worth placing it on the reputation board, if @NWOBitcoin, gets fired from working on the Bitsler site, of course you will face other people again communicating on telegram, that's for sure.

Moving on to reputation, who knows the gambling company saw your thread there, in the future many gambling companies won't want to hire @NWOBitcoin on their telegram, he is unprofessional in dealing with customers.
Except: @NWOBitcoin the founder of gambling company Bitsler, that's a different story.

'baby' and a 'troublemaker' doesn't sound like an insult to me. It's a complement.

Don't take things seriously on chatrooms, they are just words and they don't even know you personally so just ignore the user don't give him satisfaction. Insults come all the time even in this forum. Consider yourself an adult and see it as normal for people who are anonymous because you can also insult him the way he does. And if mute, there are other betting sites and chatrooms out there.

Ignoring the issue that it's the internet, everyone you meet has a 50/50 chance of being an ass, pretty sure OP's complaint is pretty valid. From the SC itself, it doesn't seem like OP was being an ass, it was NWOBitcoin that was being one. It's rather obvious really, no need to argue about that. On one note though, is there no mute/block button on Bitsler? Not familiar with the site so idrk, cause if not then that might be an improvement they could take.

Maybe he's having a bad day or just that type of moderator where they don't like others to tell them what they're supposed to do. I've seen other moderators do the same thing where i'd be surprised at how they'll quickly ban certain users due to their chat rules.

It's hard to combat a moderator in any situation because they have power over you. But I think it's unfair not to show the chat fully where it started. Like when did the user, who insulted you, and then how you became a "baby," as the insult puts it? I think you are asking for the mod to ban the first insult, which makes sense, but you, on the other hand, going and calling him a prick probably triggered something in him that made him use his powers over you.

You were probably triggered as well with all that has happened. I suggest you calm down and assess it slowly.

We hope you can tell the whole story and not half like that because that is too confusing for us to understand your story. What is the first thing that triggers the problem to help you or suggest something. Maybe he has a bad day like what others say so when he thinks you made a mess in the chat room, he decides to ban or ignore you. Did you already send a ticket to them to ask why?

when you said "I simply asked Matt if he could do his job and mute the user causing issues.", you could've rephrased what you said to matt to make it sound like you are asking and not demanding. a lot of mods can be prick, moody or hot-headed, but they do handle a lot of people in the chat on a daily basis and some of them are most likely tired of little things like someone complaining because they are being insulted. but then again, getting a permanent ban on chat is a bit harsh.

Regarding the issue, if the mod had mute you for several reasons then so be it, if you think the action is unfair maybe you can report it on the admin directly. I don't know if anyone here is related or knew this person you're talking but the community can't do about it besides its the mod decision.

I agree that it is necessary that OP share the whole conversation so we, the audience, could really grasp the whole story here and could make constructive criticisms and comments. By the looks of it, the mod is seriously pissed because of the “trouble” that OP allegedly did, so I think that should be disclosed here, right?

It is right that you would most likely encounter many of such conversations here in the internet, so maybe just choose your battles and don’t take it much to your heart what others say to you. Remember that you always choose and filter what you want to hear and ingest.

I don't really think this is the right place to share the issue. First of all a person who is a moderator on the Gambling site should certainly be *professional* at the same time the whole conversation or story is something that no one of us knows therefore it's not really a good idea to pass a judgement.
Chatrooms of Gambling sites can be a bit hectic to deal with since I also had a lot of issues before but no one got flagged or banned. I do think you should not think much about it and leave it at that. Things get heated up pretty fast and it's a decision of the moderator, which you can easily challen by sending chats to their customer support or by contacting the site directly if you do think you are not wrong.
While I will advise you to use some other site then and give your mental health a fair shot! It's holiday season, don't hold grudges.

Anyway, using a chat room is the last thing I do when I'm on the casino site. Seriously, this issue isn't worth a thread, and you'll get a better response on the Bitsler thread. You can always turn off the chat and "if you don't like it, don't use it."

You take too seriously the chat in the chat room. To me, it's enough to make you feel mentally hurt by the ridicule. Maybe the same thing if I experience it will also be angry. Despite all that, I didn't really pay much attention to the chatter in the gambling room. First: because I don't need it, second: because I want to gamble not to chat and waste time. Third: daily chat providers must be able to filter out insulting sentences or words so they don't appear in chat rooms.

Your story is not complete, you need to tell how can someone insult you. At least prove that it is a real story where there is someone who insulted you, and there must be a reason why s/he insulted you. The chat says that you are a troublemaker, so there must be reason why he call you like this. Did you say something bad or did something bad in chat before someone insulted you?

It is true that the attitude of the moderator was not the correct one, however at least from the comment of the OP it seems the other user involved that was harassing him could be someone with a higher VIP level than him, perhaps an important customer of the website, and if that is the case then it is obvious there is going to be a selective enforcement of the rules, is it correct? No, but we live in the real world and that happens everywhere since businesses give preferential treatment to any customer they may like.

And then the OP actually insulted the moderator and got banned from the chat, so at least to me this seems like an example of what not to do from all parties.

For sure there would be some reason because there would be no dumb person would make out such comment or feedback if didn't do something and its just

normal for mods to act or say something whenever they do really find out chats which are really not appropriate.We wont really able to clarify this

This whole scenario seems a little childish from both sides. I can only imagine that it becomes a rather monotonous job to be a chatroom moderator, but it's a job at the end of the day and they should stay professional at all times - everyone might have a slip up here and there though. It sounds like you were somewhat aggravating the situation however and trying to pick an unnecessary fight with a staff member later on is bound to end badly for you. I'm not sure why you'd ever get into this situation anyway, does the site not allow you to ignore users who might be harassing you privately? If so, find a site that does so you don't face a similar issue in future.
