And reading the chat, if you have problems like withdrawal, you need to open a ticket via their discord channel. So for me, that's not very convenient. Why not resolve the issues on the site itself? OR maybe, they are just starting. So if you want at least an assurance that your money is safe, just play on the known respectable casinos in the forum.

You said it, they just starting. Let OP answer those questions first.

Using discord for ticket support is not bad at all, but of course much better to have it in the platform itself.

As for the registrar, I guess that's a bit risky, even first time to hear it, maybe it's cheap to buy there but regarding the securities, idk.

I think that finding investors would be very hard. As for buying copper membership, op didn't have done yet if according to post history op is looking for investors and within month, op stikl hasn't bought copper membership. Maybe op didn't know about copper membership or didn't bother buying one to help attract more players and investors.

Now you have your Casinos live, the next thing to do is to market this properly and posting like this can’t attract gamblers. Better to give some details here, the important details and your market strategy either to give bonuses or anything that you think can work. This is a long way journey mate, and looking on the site the design is fine but the games for me are very common, better to innovate at least one game to attract more gamblers.

I would not risk my domain for a few dollars that I'll save, it's important to pick a stable domain registrar and Webhosting, you are talking about your business, you want a reliable Webhosting that has at least 99.9 uptime, for a casino related site they should have a top domain registrar and host that guaranty uptime and it should be a dedicated server,  all business-related website should avoid downtime this will cause panic to customers.
