I can't remember if I ever heard of them or not really. A casino that has faked their license, they have probably planned it all along to issue to their players that fake license.
Well, good that the Gibraltar government has issued a warning on this and they don't want users to be a victim of their shady activity of stealing their users identities.

This is so easy to do that it makes the certification from these sort of places almost worthless. We see here that even Gibraltar, which probably has a few more resources and credibility than some of the countries offering gambling licenses, really has very little in the way of enforcement powers on the vast wilderness that is the internet. What they've done is effectively sent a sternly worded letter and wagged their finger, but have little means to effect any action against this site. Sure they can warn gamblers, but people usually end up digging into this info and going to the regulator after problems have started popping up. While you can say good job for doing something compared to what other jurisdictions do (nothing), it seems like Luckywins will continue on their deceptive and fraudulent behavior as before.

Well, perhaps that was their plan since the start, it should be they gain reputation now because they are almost a year in service. But now --this could ruin their reputation because of forging regarding their license and some issue of gamification of games on their casino. This belongs to the dishonesty which is possible there could be manipulation on their system and take advantage of their players.
With this news, it deserved to avoid them before it's too late, that is fraudulent behavior that should we ignore --the good thing is they don't have any business here and I don't think forum members will use that casino.

^ I have been searching it already and I did not find any related to their brand name, so we are lucky that the gambling casino was not well known here.
This was a clear act of fraud and sooner or later it will become an exit scam gambling casino that is probably run away thousands of dollars and many gamblers will surely cry seeing that their fund was gone. The big countries couldn't also make a fraudulent casino accountable for what they'd do due to the anonymity of these casino owners. Even if they would it's just a wild goose chase. It says Luckywins' using stolen IP code and are boldly cloning game content, they seem confident doing this stuff.

A warning to the public still is good for usual gamblers who are already aware of how to do the research.  Going over their site and found nothing really says about Gibraltar License.

If a casino can lie about something like this, there is a good chance that they are going to rob their customers and disappear when the time is "right". That's the right thing to do, avoid the business when they lied about something, I mean that's clearly a breach of trust from their patrons/clients, that's what I worry the most too, the identities that were submitted by the users are going to be used definitely.

Seem not related to Luckywins. There really isn't going to be a problem if they are asking KYC if the users are willing to send but Luckwins faking license is just not going to make people trust. I found some casino review websites about them which they are pictured to be a trustworthy casino.

Why is Luckywins presenting a fake Gibraltar License when their site is saying that the company "operates under Master License NV4457557 granted by the Curacao?"^[1] Or did I miss something here? I was confused. Does Gibraltar not allow any casino unless it could provide a local license to operate?

Anyway, as per correctcasinos review, LuckyWins Casino is not recommended due to unclear license situation, among others.^[2] So I guess there is indeed something wrong with the legality of their entire operation.

 Never heard of them. Pretty much why I only choose one or two that are quite reputable and has a positive reputation. Though I have doubts whether they're really a suspicious activity. The fake bonuses and whatnot are indeed red flags, but looking up the Gibraltar license only gives them the capability to operate in the areas under the area of Gibraltar, so technically they faked their license for that one, but not their original license which as others have seen, is a Curacao license.

Granted though that afaik, Curacao license is rather easy to obtain without many difficulties, and they don't even regulate casinos under their name that much. It's pretty much a license in name only I think.

That is the scary thing about it because if they are capable of forging some license, then those people who passed their KYC are in serious trouble because at any moment, their info will be also used on something illegal. Let's just hope that the KYC was just a cover-up to let their users know that they were legit and delete every info they passed after it. Thanks to this kind of info, we know that KYC is not always safe when someone like this one will get every personal info we have, it's game over for us if they used it to scam people.

Upon looking upon the site. It does look legit, and it seems legit. Not just some made-up casino site that is preying for your money and never let you withdraw the balance kind. But I would never check ^{if I couldn't read this} the validity of a license of the online casino.

Is there some way that you could verify the validity of their license on your own? Maybe do it with various casinos that have those types of licenses as well?

I think this is where blockchain could come in and save the day with all the licensing issues and easily verifiable if there is.

It's all we gonna be vigilant when it comes to visiting new sites as they mostly doing crimes like this, falsification of legal document and they mean doing this difficult to find but no, they don't win and still got caught.

I agree that casinos that have been promoted in the forum are reputed sites but still, we need to check their activity as well. However if you have proof about their suspicious activities you should post this in scam accusations sub-forum rather than in gambling discussion. That seems like something that everyone should be aware of, so they can stay away from Luckywins...
