Coinfarcast is an early-stage fintech startup focused on data science. Coinfarcast.com provides cutting-edge analytics to professional cryptocurrency traders using Big Data and AI with a focus on market sentiment analysis and human decision modeling.

The Position:

Coinfarcast is seeking a professional with a passion for interacting with people and experience in digital marketing. The position includes two main responsibilities: Marketing content and marketing campaigns. We offer a stimulating work environment as we are a fast growing company in a challenging market. Compensation and Prospects:

The position is funded by a stipend under the Exist grant https://www.ptj.de/exist/. The compensation is 3000 Euro/month for applicants with a PhD or 2500 Euro/month for other applicants.
The Exist fellowship is limited to a maximum of one year. Renewal after the end of the year is possible with a new contract.

Responsibilities:

- Develops our brand identity and associated materials, e.g., logo, colors, etc.
- Communicates with target audiences and builds and extends client relationships
- Assists with marketing and advertising plans.
Works closely with marketing agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and advertisements.
- Writes and proofreads marketing content for online campaigns.
- Writes, drafts, and proofreads marketing content, including videos and blog posts.
- Manages and updates social media channels (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn) to improve audience engagement.
- Attends and represents our startup at business-related events such as conferences and seminars.
- Ensures the distribution of marketing content.
- Conducts market research, for example, using customer questionnaires and focus groups
- Lays the foundation for top-notch customer service and a personable company culture

Requirements:

- Market experience: interest and experience in cryptocurrency trading with knowledge of the current state and trends of the market and traders.
- At least 2 years of professional digital marketing experience with direct management of global digital marketing campaigns (B2B) and analytical reporting.
- Experience with G Suite (Adwords, Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager), Wordpress, Salesforce and Pardot.
- Hands-on professional experience in email marketing, CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and analytics tools.
- Mastery of marketing research and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: You are empathetic, approachable and able to communicate ideas clearly and concisely, both with your team and in direct contact with clients and stakeholders.
- You are fluent in German and English and can present confidently in both languages.
- Excellent analytical skills: data-driven, transparent decision-making approach.
- Very structured and analytical working style with an eye for details and deadlines.
