I honestly have no idea, haven't bothered to look into the project that much, though have heard about it.

Any coin can be pumped soon. But unless your intent is to trade it for profit, a pump will do you good as an investment.

Personally, I think not really, at least not based on current price movements. It had a notable 3.5x spike in value in August, and is now nearly back at it's lows:



Now there is a death cross of the 50 & 200 Day MAs. Price is below the majority of trading volume, and the retracement to support has failed. Looks bearish.

If you are looking to invest for the fundamentals, then sure there could be a different outlook, but price-based I don't think it's the best investment.

The USD price doesn't look "as bad", but otherwise looks awful against Ethereum as it makes new all time lows.

Just buy a small portions of this coin, I don't think so it will soon be going to high rank. Follow their social media updates so you won't miss every updates they had, because that's very important so that you could project more time to gather graphical progress. CELO is just the old coins that has no strong impact od the market, so I suggest you should be learning on holding potential coins like this for long term timeline.

cello coins have a good market, but for pumps I don't think cello coins can be said to be pumped significantly quickly.  only a small pump that can be obtained by the cello.

If the OP is just looking for project that will be pumped, then, he is looking the market in the wrong way.
Because no one can tell him which one will be pumped next.
But if he will look at the platform if they have real developments, then, he will have idea if the project has future or not.
And the increase of price will just follow once there is actual achievements of the platform.
CELO is quite promising as they are already listed in binance with good trading volume, however, if you will decide to buy, you need to follow closely their news and updates.

That’s a good start for this project though I’m still searching for some point of view and looking at this project to confirm if its ok to invest for long term or not. This is actually a good and a promising project, they made a good exposure in the market especially on a bigger exchange so if you see huge potential for this better to have some now while it is still cheap.

It's the first time I heard of CELO. I did a bit of looking around online in its respect. A few things I read about it pleased me. I believe it's a nice project to invest in. The coin even got past $9 at ATH in August 2021. That's a great feat for its 1 billion supply. While my comment here shouldn't be taken as a financial advice, I sincerely believe that Cell is a nice place to invest in. Any project that promises passive earning for those who hodl its token is a nice one. This is clearly stated in its article on the Coingecko site – "Celo enables participation on the Platform, with the opportunity to earn rewards through network participation."
