You are free to open a topic about any coin or token that you want as long as they're not blatant scams or else they will be reported. You can also buy anything since it's your money. The thing is you cannot force us to do the same.

There's a good reason why only the the top cryptocurrencies are "recommended" and that's because they are less risky. You won't suggest to your family a token that has a likelihood of dropping 90% in a matter of days or weeks right?

I have a look on those ranked altcoins. they have potential and almost all of those are trading on biggest exchange binance with biggest market cap So i believe a few shitcoin are in top200 altcoins list. but top coins are recommended for long term cause it is possible that a altcoin could scam easily from top200 but its rarely possible that, any altcoin which belongs to top20, could scam. So they are more safer and recommended by all.

The reason for a different answer is, we have different criteria for a coin to be called potential.

Right, there are gems too on Top 200 or even Top 1000. We just need to research deeply what are those coins.

We have different ways of handling it too. Even I recommend an altcoin, we will not have the same result managing it.

There are lots of them in the bounty section but you can't distinguish them from the others that are fake due to their huge numbers together. Potential altcoins are still being produced every year in any of the promising projects in which not so many people have the chance to invest. Unless you are skilled enough to choose the right one from those huge lists but as you do not rush to invest and you take your time to carefully research which is the best team and developer of the projects.

It's because the top 20 altcoins have established itself already, so obviously, majority will recommend it.

But as far as other altcoins, then tell us what do you think will be a break out coin in the top 200?

Because majority of them are just for pump and dump scheme and that's why they are that in the list. But if you can list one then we can discuss and see if it has a good potential or just a shitcoin.

Yup, there is no doubt that big projects do exist out there which are undervalued for now but working in cool economic system of their own. For example, there are many projects who are not after what price their coin or token holds, but all it matters for them is how good their project is running with sufficient funds for the same.

But the grim reality of this market, everyone just want to make money out of these projects and sure there is nothing wrong in that however realistically they should also be applauded.

Moreover there are also coins which are based on mining, has good amount of peeps supporting the mining, great holders and what not but they are counted in penny stocks. It’s not their fault, they are just their with another goals.

Yup, you are right and in fact this forum is very open for the discussion and analysis of these not-so-known gems so that those who are looking for these less-popular digital assets can know them. Most likely, however, these gems got community of their own backing them...and they are continually discussing developments on their platforms. I am sure that there is a big space of this forum for us to take a closer look at what these projects can be up to and if they really got potential for more growth ahead. But then again, we should also be careful that we are not getting worthless projects which are here just for the money, nothing more nothing less. So maybe OP should start by introducing a coin/token worth discussing with.

First of all if you are gem hunter, then I guess a small marketcap with potential growth ones are the one you should be looking for. I'm not saying their gonna be a good one, but investing on top 20 means their already stable. Sometimes putting or adding a little bit of risk might lead us to a more good fortune. But of course depends on your appetite for risk. Invest only you can afford to lose.

Yeah, I do agree, there's a lot of gems under here in crypto, it's that it is hard to really hunt them down until it's too late, (the price have soared already and goes to the moon).

So this is very difficult unless you are gifted to see them before they exploded. Maybe there are individual here who find gems but don't want to share it, but I think there are majority who are willing to give their opinions to any potential coins.

Searching from the top 20 altcoin list will give you the opportunity to find more altcoins for your investment because I see those coins have the same chances to increase. But if you want to search from the top 200 altcoin list, I doubt that will be easy because you will have a problem determining the coins and spending more time analyzing, so I suggest you decrease the number of coins to analyze unless you are not in a hurry. I prefer to check the coin price first and if the price is not too high, I will add in my note to analyze later after I complete the research.

actually all altcoin tokens have their own potential from the vision and mission they are all different but the same goal is to have a high value in the market and also the interest of investors to dare to invest in them.it all depends on the altcoin team itself who can make great potential.

All Altcoin teams also have different ways and abilities in carrying out projects and delivering their products into the cryptocurrency market because now the competition is getting bigger and tighter so the teams also have to often use different methods and things in order to compete with tokens or Altcoins that have already been established stronger in the crypto space.

Yes, because we mostly prefer to suggest the safest coins out there.
Think about the damage it will give if we recommended the wrong coin out there and you bought it with a large sum? You will sure be going back to us and blame us for pointing you in the wrong direction.
About discussions with other coins, there are ANN thread for new ones and others with their own threads created by their supporters. You just need to find them as they are mostly created individually.

The reason for this is this top coins have lower risk of been a scam or getting rug pull. People are trying to play it save when giving out advise so they go for coins that already have some kind of establishment and huge money flowing in project. This potential coins you talk about are potential rug pull project until they established themselves, it would not look nice on you if you must have been the reason why some rookies invested in them because you gave the advice on forum.

Also noobs reading this should note, no advice given on the forum should be taken as financial advise. No body here is qualified to be a financial advisor. If you get suggestions on projects, you go and do your research on them. The project to give you life changing profit aren't in the top 10s/20s they're undervalued coins that if you're fortunate to invest in them while they're under the radar then you profits ones they come to sport light.

This is a forum and all discussion are welcome here, you're free to discuss what ever project you feel are undervalued on this section of the board but don't just be another blind optimistic speculator but actually give facts behind your reasoning of that project been undervalued.

True. If we try to find out, then i'm sure we'll found so many potential altcoins that could become so huge in the long run but if any accident occurred then who'll take responsibility for that? On the other hand, top coins are trustworthy and everyone's eyes are on those. If anything happened with bnb, eth, shiba or doge then you’ll automatically get info anywhere but if you hold those undiscussed potential altcoins, then maybe you miss important update or you need to check everything manually. thats why top coins always get priority over rest of altcoins

Just because they are not discussed, does not mean that they have potential that are being overlooked. Maybe you are preferring them and wish for a confirmation bias from other investors.

If you see potential in something of those 200coins, feel free to invest in them.

That does not mean others are going to follow you. Depending on old charts, they have not done well and you cannot immerse yourself in coins that been playing underdogs for years - because they are never going to go up. So instead of wasting time and money on them, move on to bitcoin. But it is your money and your choice completely.

If there had been potential in "shitcoins" then common people would have bought them and they would have ended up in top50 at least and random celebs would not be trying to hype them.

Spot on! This is an advice worth paying a consultation fee for. The problem with some investors however will be that they want tokens that they think are "in competition with Bitcoin and ETH" and so wouldn't want any that is not on the top list count. I have consistently maintained that Bitcoin itself doesn't even give as much ROI that most penny tokens give if investors would do their research to mitigate any possibility of loss due to scam. Last year, I made a call on a token (CTSI) that was at $0.02 with a low market cap and a few months later it did $1.7+ and got to 190 on the top list. That was really impressive. At that price, $200 would've given $17,000. A few weeks ago, it was with CIFI. It got as low as $2 but went up to do $380. Not so many people heard of it to scream their lungs out. Those are low capped tokens doing wonders.
