be modest with your lifestyle and you will realise that you will have more peace within. it is not about the things that you can offer to other people.

I do believe that its better to celebrate the holiday season in a simple way without being pressured that you should have a festive  celebration because its what most people do. But believe me, rich men do not even care celebrate much about christmas because they are still focus on their investments, and other businessmen do not even have time to celebrate. Of course, i still chose to celebrate but not spending beyond my budget.

Some people even take loans just to have a merrier celebration and suffer its consequence a year after. The concept of advice for the season should not even be asked when it regards to crypto. You know what you have to do if you even bother to look at the bitcoin cash to flow models or have a hint of what happened in the past. The problem is that people want to trade and increase their positions but they do not really understand that they key here is to be patient, promote the bitcoin project and others perhaps and let the magic of deflation and limited supply to work in your favour. Seriously this is not a time to be spending money without being calculative of what you are going to be facing in the future. The month of January comes with a lot of expenses, there are going to be a lot of bills to pay to the extent that if you are not prepared for it now, you are going to regret spending carelessly the month before then.

Well said. By selling early, because you feel like the season is asking you for it, is not a wise decision. Especially if you have been holding for quite some time, and what you own is set up for investment, then you won’t be able to reap the benefits of what you started. I think that I would rather prefer to have nothing on this season than have no huge profits in the boom period.

I have some responsibility and I don't give a heck about Xmas day, I will oy spend what I can afford cos by January 2022 I have some bills to pay, my kid's school bills, house rent and so on, Xmas lives forever it's a never ending festival so if we don't celebrate it like we want this year remember that another Xmas is coming in 2022

You are correct mate, I have seen people who unnecessary lavish lifestyle during the yuletide season, go and take out their Bitcoin or good Alt just to be able to sponsor their hunger of satisfying the unnecessary fast Life status they are choking on. Indeed, especially with Fed raising the interest rate soon, it is crucial to not overleverage yourself in terms of spending or investing.

I would say if you are spending a lot of money on your holiday gifts or other stuff then you have no idea what you are doing. I am not saying that you shouldn't do it, but if you are selling crypto to buy a gift or celebrate it anyway you want by selling, that's not a smart move at all. Imagine your crypto as gone, there is no crypto, do not touch them and whatever money you have left is the amount of money you can use during holidays.

I am not saying there are no people like that, there are some people who are smart with their investments and there are some who are not, but that doesn't change the fact that it is not "forced" stuff, it is just bad economics to sell for temporary fun.

Thanks for this great advice, this is indeed an interesting and helpful advice, because many people fall victim of such situation, I am among those who may fall into that trap of selling some of my crypto after flexing the budgeted money for the celebration, but this time I will try and limit it so that this new year will not be harsh.
