What do you mean? You should give a clear explanation about what object and subject in your thread. Are you talking about a blockchain project that exist in the market or your own blockchain project? You need also to tell that where are you facing a problem to develop your blockchain and where it gets stuck? BTW if you didn't provide more explanation about that and we may not able to help you.
What can be done to start it again? Please help. Also bounty maybe issued for a valid solution.
It can be recreated again but that depends on you. If you're feeling stuck with your blockchain project and why don't you just hire a service from the blockchain expert to help you to fix your problem with your blockchain? If you wanna start a new blockchain and this may be a bit difficult as you're starting everything from zero but that would be different if you're developing the new smartcontract.
