Another event this year which has to be noted was the Elon Musk "Event^s" and the
absolute feeding frenzy which followed his ^{and Tesla's} announcements to
accept and not accept Bitcoin payments.

It is another year, a continuous year after the year 2020, we have good growth of institutional capital flow in Bitcoin market.

Microstrategy keeps up their regularly buying with Bitcoin dips. I don't think they buy all dips but yeah in most of dips, they buy discount Bitcoin.

We have a first ever nation buys Bitcoin dips, El Salvador.

And in late of 2021, days ago, we jumped into a new era with only a bit less than 10% of Bitcoin total supply is available to mine in next 1 century.

yhup it's a great year for crypto market as well , and for sure there are more surprises in the future especially when it comes bitcoin .. Because you know every year bitcoin is really improving a lot and the adoption is literally increasing. Yap brother 2020 and 2021 are my most memorial years. This not only gives bitcoin its all-time high price, it also gives confidence to my family that yes, they have potential and I can do something with that. 2021 was certainly a huge year for bitcoin. More than ever before bitcoin was in the news in a big way. There were countless celebrities who came out in support of bitcoin and cryptocurrency (Tom Brady and Matt Damon to name a few). The bitcoin community should remember this 2021 since a big bull has run, it's really memorable. This is because of not only the price bump, this year many new investors including institutional investors invest in Bitcoin. Besides that, a few countries like El Salvador adopted Bitcoin and a few more give positive signals. Overall year experience better than any other years. I believe this trend will be continued by next year as well. People are more aware and experienced lately, so it's become quite easier to attract new investors. Let's see what is waiting for Bitcoin, but expect something good.

There has been a lot going on with bitcoin this year and one of the biggest in history is El Salvador's bitcoin adoption. They made bitcoin the currency of their country which today only El Salvador is brave enough to do for the first time in the world. So, 2021 is another historic year for bitcoin that we will remember. Bitcoin managed to surpass the price of 1 Kg of gold for 1 unit of bitcoin, and that would also be one of the nicest things to remember for anyone who believes in the potential of bitcoin.

Yes, there's nothing that much for me to add as you've said. This year is a great year for bitcoin and as well as for everybody that has hold it. Despite a long wait and years of full of emotions. This year has been one of the best that we ever had. But it won't stop there. I believe that the next years would be more than this but I'm also aware that there would be some not so good years that are awaiting us unless it breaks the cycle.

I almost forgot that bitcoin hit a new ATH two times in this year and that was pretty amazing to be honest.
It was a nice bull ride which isn't over yet but I guess that was it for the ATH this year. We won't be seeing a new ATH until next year.
This year was really amusing for BTC with all the ups and downs (yeah Elon that's for you) bitcoin has been through.
I guess 2022 is the year we might see BTC crossing $100k. What do you think ?

This year market was a great one for  me, it favoured me . I was opportune to buy and hold. Understanding the market really help me too to know when to do the right things. The reason I really  enjoyed cryptocurrency this year is because I gave my time to cryptocurrency.

Some still believe that the 68K top is not bitcoin 4-year cycle ATH that the price can reach and we may still see tops at 100K soon.

Bitcoin needs a small miracle for a 100K Christmas. Will I ditch S2F model if this does not happen? Nah, I actually like being at the lower bands. In fact I published the model at the lower bands in March 2019 with btc below 4K.

If Bitcoin follows the same patterns, we still haven't seen the best price peaks, so next year could be surprising.

If we go back in memory, the percentage of increase is not large compared to previous years.

How about the taproot protocol or soft fork?

It was just last month when it was activate isn't it? But I do agree that it was a great year. It will really be out of the roof if we hit the prediction of $100k for this year. However, it didn't happen because of some unforeseen like the discovery of a new covid-19 variant that really trigger a massive sell off from our last all time high.
