Some people still use those BTC mining usb sticks? I'm just curious why because I can still find people selling them online, are those sticks even worth buying in the first place now that high difficulty won't even let you solve a block with ease?

Also are there usb stick miners for other coins like ETH apart from BTC?

Not really worth using.  And you wont find Eth or any memory algo on a stick only core algos.  But a quick check on whattomine will show you why the usb stick miners are not worth anything except maybe a bit of educational use.

For ethereum, I have not seen USB miners, because the coin has a very large hash rate, and more powerful equipment is required for mining.
Mining usb sticks are probably more interesting for collectors, or for novice users who want to try a quiet miner.

There is no usb miner for other algorithms than sha256 I think and don't even bother buying them, even a 100 of those won't earn you a dime because BTC mining difficulty is way over the roof, those usb was useful years back but not today

There are Scrypt USB miner out - used Futurebit Moonlander2. But all USB stick miners are not worth.

Mining is power intensive, USB stick miners are considered toys because their power source is severely limited.
They just can't compete with 2 kW ASICs.

No usb stick miner is worth your time it's better to buy ASIC miners than these usb sticks, no matter how many you buy you won't be able to make any profits, technology haven't get to the stage where we can mine with very little amount of electricity unless other coins like those HNT miners ( Helium )

Makes sense as a souvenir.
Or if you want to start getting acquainted with mining, then a video card or a conventional processor will be more affordable.
If you want to make money, then it makes no sense.
