Like all the previous hypes, you can't really trust the NFT and Metaverse projects. Only few of them are authentic and worth your investments. Selecting the right one? That would be your homework. Because everyone will of course promote their project and their goal is to attract as many users as they can. But the sustainability of their project, you won't know it because only time can attest their legitimacy as NFT or metaverse platform. You can't tell it at their early stage of development. So you should really be cautious on what they are selling to the public.

I appreciate your honest opinion, but I don't share the same sentiment, although I am not involved or committed yet to NFTs and METAVERSE I don't think it's shit, I was watching Justin Bieber performance on the METAVERSE platform and I honestly thought it was cool, there are a lot of potential that NFT has for artists, content creators and just a random person, so definitely it has utilities, but in terms of being an investment I think it's now competitive and would keep getting more competitive till it becomes a billionaire game
