It's clear from the image posted above that what affecting the overall rating of Owl.games is the lack of promotions and deposit bonuses besides not displaying slots rtp.
Not showing slots rtp isn't an issue in my opinion as I didn't see many casinos doing it. Signature campaign is good for gaining trust but adding more promotions and rewarding customers is a must since it's what attracts gamblers the most and incentivize them to join new casinos.

Promotions can be indeed a very powerful tool but if all your leads or most of them are coming from one place, for example Bitcointalk, then promotions don't have a large impact. I believe its best to first create some powerful lead funnels before thinking about making promotions or newcomer bonus's. Owl.Games is following a good marketing strategy as I can tell.

The strategy of this casino is a little bit down for me cause what they stated above lack of promotion and deposits bonuses is not really attractive for some gamblers. Not sure there are many casinos which have in-built exchange! Most of them refuse to add it because it can be abused in many different ways.

But they can add some restrictions before one player can use the internal exchange like you need to achieve level X or wagered this amount. Anyway, what I noticed here is that a lot of exchanges are not having their internal exchange especially those who have a long list of alts in their payment method. Since they are the ones who will be facilitating of their own in-built coin exchange, then the casino’s management have all the freedom to make their own terms and add restrictions like what was stated by @24Kt. They have the opportunity to correct, and do some interventions with any of the concerns upon managing it, what was observed with other exchanges, and also focus on what customers or players have to say regarding the service as well for example their problems with high fees. In that case, it will be a win-win situation for the casino and players.

I don't recommend that it will take a load on the script and it could be abuse, since they are accepting BEP- 20 and it's cheap to trade it through Metamask why not trade it there and then deposit it on Owl.games it will not even cost you a dollar to do this two things.

The low withdrawal limits of $10k is definitely a huge downside for me.

Also the withdrawal fees are definitely way too much - BTC on-chain activity is super low and fees for sending from Coinbase is generally under 1k sats. So no reason to be charging 10k+ sats for a low priority withdrawal at all.

So i bet you are a solana user because there has been a major network issue for the past few days on solana and we had issues of deposit/ withdrawal with soalan tokens.
