All time high is $1? If I remember correctly, ripple was trading around $1.9 by the times of this year April? Could you please re-check what or where is the misconception?

Sometimes people do calculate about the all time high in USD price levels and some people do calculate in BTC in values but here we both are talking about only USD values of XRP still we are not having same data. I guess something is missing over here. I remember Ripple was trading above 8k satoshi by the times of first quarter of 2018 and that must be the ATH in terms of BTC values (right now trading below 2k satoshi).

ATH? The ATH of XRP was reached in 2018 and since then it has not come close to it, right now its price is only at 25% of that ATH while many other coins have surpassed theirs by a wide margin.

So I think that even if XRP has shown some decent action during the last months that is not reason enough to invest in this coin as not only it is a coin which has lost a great deal of the strength it had, we also know that it is a centralized project with strong ties to the banks, something that is unforgivable in market which appreciates decentralization and which has a lot of people that want to stay as far away from the banking industry as they possibly can.

$1 is well below XRP's all-time high point, to be honest. Firstly, the price reached $1.84 in April 2021, and as for the ATH,  it was $3.40 in January 2018. This is something that can be easily verified (see here, for example), so I'm not sure why you wrote it.

You are right kryptqnick. The ATH of XRP was what you said it was and the year also. It is sad that price has continued to stay below $3 which it broke in 2018. It is going to be a huge task for XRP the way i see it to break that level even in 2022 as the gap is wide and XRP maximum supply is surplus. It will take alot of buys to make price shake.

For 2021 Ripple will only rally slightly, compared to other altcoins. Ripple ATH has been around for a long time, so there's likely to be a lot of overhaul in 2022, not just XRP but other altcoins that will look to grow bigger. If we look at XRP, it is still in the stage of solving the problems that ensnared them to come back again to take investors' trust.

Yeah ripple corporation is notoriously known for pumping their coin and then dumping all the times for years and I have read some big banks from tier-1 countries also adopting ripple's technology for money remittance purposes. So, I guess they will always work on more marketing strategy to keep their coin more attractive.

For 2021 Ripple will only rally slightly, compared to other altcoins. That’s a good news since I never heard any update from XRP, and I also believe for a better future with XRP despite of its SEC issues. XRP is still on the top ten position which makes it more valuable, if they win on their case most probably we can easily see a more expensive price with XRP, hodlers of this coin should be more patience maybe 2022 is the year for all of you.

It is so funny to see people trying to either trick other people, or write about things they have zero idea about. Ripple has an ATH of 3.84 dollars, so 1 dollar is WAY below what their ATH is, if you really do not know what the ATH is then do not make any decisions about it at all or do not write articles about it neither. Hell in 2021 it reached nearly 2 dollars, so right now it is 50% down on what it used to be, even reached 1.30+ dollars in the past 3 months.

So, if someone tells you that something that has been consistently dropping, first from ATH of 3.84 down to 2 dollars on this year's ATH and then to 1.35 in the last 90 days to now under 1 dollars these days, THAT'S a fall, that is a drop, that is horrible. And here we are talking about how "ripple bull set for 2022" when it is consistently dropping. This was the coin that took over ETH for second spot once upon a time, now its 7th and looks like could even be out of top 10 soon.

I would suggest that you post an edit to correct the misleading information about $1 being the All time high for XRP. As pointed out by others that the reason surge in price of XRP is due to the airdrop for XRP holders and usually what follows is a huge dump in price so anyone not holding XRP before should be very careful.
I was a victim of ZCL, I wanted to get an airdrop of BTCP any get in at almost $200 per ZCL, eventually both price tanked hard and I lost my funds. Be careful.

This is possible since this is not that high and lots of time to pump up next year. If we see another reason for it to raise its price again, then that would be another opportunity since we already know how XRP can rise despite the roller-coaster market situation right now. Now, the price is at $0.91 but it could increase to $1 in the next hours or days, especially if bitcoin increases as XRP price is behind bitcoin price. Ripple is almost at $1 which is already a good pointer to what to expect at a fast price rising season very soon, am very sure ripple is going to hit above $1 as it is already 0.95 cents.
But again since we are in a volatile crypto market the price may also correct downward for some time.
