If we'll take a look at the history of Bitcoin, the ATH doesn't happen in the first month of the year. It usually occurs every December but since Bitcoin is too unpredictable, we could still expect a good value by the beginning of the year. Corrections could happen which is also a good time to sell.

Wait, I don't get this part. Is it before or after the correction? Because clearly, if it's after the correction that is not an advisable idea because you will regret that later or in the future since you didn't choose to hodl but instead you just dump.

And yes, I agree that Bitcoin is unpredictable when it comes to prediction of the price but I believe that the history might repeat itself again but it's different this time. Since this is the first time I saw Bitcoin price didn't just dump straight after the bull run since it was showing some kind of different movement this year or is it just me who's missed some ideas in the past?

Even Bitcoin market is unpredictable, with the help of technical analysis we could approximately speculate about the the upcoming trend and this way I am sure we are already into bullish market.

Some people are using history to speculate about the upcoming market movement and I have found many of them were accurate enough for  making a rough decisions like when to accumulate more or not rather than using them for trading purpose.

If we go by historical data and precedence, I would say that Bitcoin ATH will be this December. It's either we've already had ATH for 2021 or yet to have because we've been in a bull market for so long a time now. Going by history, it's logical not to expect any ATH in January for Bitcoin, only alts should expectedly begin to blossom then from first quarters in 2022. That's what history has taught me to believe.

We are already at the latest days of December, I doubt it would happen anymore. I mean maybe a small increase but I doubt it could break even ATH let alone go to a super high levels. I feel like the bull market will start in 2022, we have less than a week remaining in 2021 and we should stop caring about whats going on with the prices for this year.

If we are making predictions, go beyond a week and try to see the whole year. 2022 will come in at a time when covid is still spreading around, but it is not as deadly anymore, even though the number of people getting positive results got a uptick, the dying is getting lower and lower.

Hopefully I am assuming this means this year could finally be the year where things may go back to normal a bit. Anytime we say it will be back to normal, it doesn't go back to normal and we go back to covid protocols, this year I hope that will eventually end. That will result with markets going up a lot, including crypto.

In fairness, I have stopped predicting or expecting too much from the Bitcoin market and that's not because I am negative about it but because I am certain the growth will happen but since the market is mammoth it will take time to expand. The growth initially is faster and then it gets stable and slow as will be the case with BTC. This is the reason why I prefer altcoins above BTC at the moment when it comes to trading actively.

When it comes to holding and larger trades, yes BTC is the king, no doubt about that. And talking of ATH, I think there is little to no doubt that we will touch a new ATH within 2022 but the real question is what price will we retain after reaching that point. Like this year we have been floating around $50k despite touching around $70k earlier.

I am not an oracle but I do believe that we will see another bull run. To be honest I already expected the bill run to start on December, right before Christmas. Unfortunaley the new covid variant came and ruined it all. While the news are not the best right now, it will get better next year. The rally is probably not going to come directly in January but more in the spring. It was still a good year for btc and hopefully so will be 2022 with a new ATH.

Yes, we need to believe that the bull run will come soon, even in the next years and not in 2022 and that means we will repeat to make a big profit in the future. I hope that people do not panic if any negative news, FUD's or else coming to the market can impact the price to get down. If they can hold their emotions, they will not sell their bitcoin instead only search for a good time to enter the market to buy more bitcoin. We need always to be careful and still watch the market movements. At least, we can set the alarm knowing where the price will go.

I think there is some sense that you have spoken in this. That time investors will put back money withdrawn from there account and this will lead to high level increase. Again after the wait of more bear that is not happening, there will be hesitant buy in the market around January because many don't want to stay outside anymore. Moreover bitcoin has crossed $50,000 since 2 days ago and maintaining that is another sign it may end the year in bull.

I would say, not all the time TA would work if we're going to talk about Bitcoin price movement since it's been like this for years but with the combination of FA it's most likely gonna get the approximate result. That being said, I am still bullish even after this year and probably there will be a long bullish most of the month next year. That would make Bitcoin to stay a little longer in a bullish trend until the correction.

Most people now are too eager to see the next pump instead of trade if they have it because it looks like they are getting greedier holding or waiting too much of when would be the next ATH.

I would not call them greedier because everyone is here for some reason which must be making profits hence expecting bitcoin market to keep achieving a new ATH must be a common one but unfortunately all such wishes are not getting fulfilled.

Moreover, bitcoin must be already into bullish mode because we are trading around $50k for more than 2 days which must be enough duration to consider about sustainability of bitcoin market to get into a rally. If another bullish rally will be happening then that will extend up to $80k levels for sure before showing any correction.

Not just bitcoin but crypto currencies in general are highly unpredictable set of asset class, one can't say for certain their movement or direction even in a 4 hours chart, though professional traders can guess through reading the chart, and sometimes, their guess seem to be true, but then, it was still a guess, they were never 100 percent sure or certain.

So asking when or if bull market will start in January 2022 is like asking if Jesus christ will come next year... You know the answer because even the holy book made us understand that he will come like a thief in the night, when you are probably fast asleep.

We have to see after the holiday season is over usually a lot of investors return to bitcoin to make their investment but for me in 2022 is something that might happen around $70k or $100k this is a start with $50k resistance for now, that means we can see that bitcoin is not in a bear market.

The bullrun market we can't determine from what the signs are but this is only a prediction in the many speculations that I have accumulated so that in 2022 there will be a new trend that will bring bitcoin back to ATH.

It is possible we could see a bull market during the first month of next year, however in my opinion you are making a huge mistake, you need to let the bull market come to you, if you are holding your coins does it matter if the bull market comes at that time? It does not matter, whenever the price goes up you will be there to take advantage of it and obtain profits, besides if the bull market takes longer someone that is expecting for the price to go up so soon will find themselves with difficulties holding their coins in the case their predictions are wrong, making them more susceptible to sell their coins for a bad price.

I think we are in the bull market since April 2021 because the Bitcoin market has seen on two accessions an all-time high price and at the moment Bitcoin is priced somewhere around 51k or above which is an indication of what to expect in the coming year.
2022 is going to be a great year for bitcoin so let us keep expecting the best in the coming year.

The power of long term holding has been explained and emphasized across this forum but unfortunately most people do want to remain only short term traders for no valid reason. Preciously, people still do treat bitcoin same as stocks or gold but never prefer to treat bitcoin like real property. Holding must be the one and only way to avail the maximum benefits of bitcoin markets.

I think we are in the bull market since April 2021

By April 2021, we saw a peak level for bitcoin market but after we witnessed a big correction and then in November we got another slightly higher peak price but it would be more appropriate to call that we have bull run from the beginning of 2021 itself.

As much as possible if we were able to buy it at price that seems low from its ATH then buy. Bitcoin is too volatile to predict when will the price go high and up to how much it can reach. What’s good about it is the price is able to go higher whenever there is hype or bull market occurs. The price increase depends on the bype crypto gets from personalities and economy so if we have some to save and plan for long term buying it and waiting for bull market  make us gain profit.

Whales during this time of bear season grab the opportunity to fill their bag with token that they know would definitely going moon if the bull season started and we should also do the same thing provided that we have the capacity to ride on the trip. Theoritically, bull market is possible by January 2022 or even in what month by next year but the question is will it would happen and when was the exact time for that? Anything is possible in crypto market but as much as we prepare for bull season we must also be ready in any worst case scenario.
