That's the case also for those shilling the projects. It's cheating the system but it's his business I'm sure people on the internet know which are fake reviews and not already. A complete waste of time for them actaully but I think the target for this is the google searches. Re-writing is just like spinning articles which had been done many by companies and seem an easy job for someone.

It's not my experience but since he posted his telegram username,  you can ask him and so are the others who participated or inquire about his offer I think he's not the only one who's doing this, it's an old practice since this is online, you'll be surprised how companies and individuals are hiring people to do fake reviews, so when checking product and services online be sure you dig deep.

You are supporting a business which is purchasing fake reviews. So, if this business turns into scam then you will be a part of the scammer. And also you are spamming by providing fake reviews. I had seen a post like this and all the reviews provider got negative trust. I am searching that post's link.

It's good that this kind of service are posted so we can expose their business ethics usually this is done inside the site like MTURK and Microworkers giving and showing fake reviews has been practiced by so many project developers to attract buyers and users by legit or scam projects, only reviews coming from forums and discussion boards are considered legit reviews like what we have here in Bitcointalk.

This "service" is a matter of ethics vs money. As you can see for many people money is more important than doing the right thing.

This is rampant on the internet especially for up-and-coming companies, even big online companies are employing this so they can keep up with the competition, this is wrong because those who give reviews did not even try their products and services.
When it comes to reviews it's better to read reviews on independent bloggers and reviewers who have a disclaimer that they are reviewing based on their experience.
